Ive used hera lots the most amazing quality but my last order was wrong im still waiting for it to be replaced after almost a week still waiting for a reply from my email i sent.
Love the hera brand but the customer service needs addressing.

Absolutely awful returns process
Absolutely awful returns process, I shouldn't wven have had to return anything as they sent the wrong item. I ordered a T-Shirt and received joggers! So I had to request an exchange but then they have the cheeky to expect me to pay £2 to return it. Unbelievable. Talk about terrible customer service. I emailed and got no reply. Clearly this company have a huge flaw in the customer ordering and returns process aswell as needing some education for those who package the items. To expect the customer to pay for a return of a wrong item is ridiculous, regardless of the amount. It should be free.

I recently ordered from Hera Clothing and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality. The hoodie is by far the best I’ve ever owned. Incredibly soft, extremely comfortable, and an absolute pleasure to wear. You can really feel the difference in material and craftsmanship.
The cargo pants are just as impressive. They’re very well made, with high-quality materials that give them a durable yet stylish feel. On top of that, the delivery was very quick and hassle free.
Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase and would definitely order from Hera again.

Jeans ripped within a couple weeks, replacement sent and ripped again
Jeans ripped within a couple weeks, had a replacement and have now had them rip not once but twice by the smallest of actions. The jeans are clearly poorly made in Turkey. Despite good customer support I’ll never buy a product from here again for the simple fact that I would wear with the thought of reaching in back pocket or bending down could cause for them to tear, again! Awful clothing.

Disappointing customer service
Ordered some trousers size 16-18 (in the sale) for a holiday, arrived 3 days later and they were absolutely huge to the point of looking ridiculous, I went online to organise a return & refund so I could rebuy in a smaller size there and then so I could ensure they would arrive in time, and the trousers had been marked back up to full price!
So I opted for an exchange, as the sale price was honoured doing it this way.
Inpost still have to delivered my parcel and then I have to wait up to 5 days for the exchange to take place - contacted customer services to see if I could cancel the exchange and re-buy as they won't arrive in time for my trip, but they said it will have to be at the full price as its not fair on their other customers???
I'm not usually one to get so worked up about little issues, but I very rarely get the opportunity to spend money on myself and looked everywhere for a nice pair of trousers for my holiday and opted to give Hera my money - and now they can't even go that little extra further to help with the exchange.
A disappointing experience, which is a shame as the trousers were really nice.

This policy is in place to ensure consistency and fairness for all customers.
