Herb affair has not only absolutely wonderful products, but also an amazing response team. I have been ordering from them for a while and had wrong products ordered once (it happens, I get it). I emailed the recommended account for help with fixing the order. Although it took about one week for a response, Kristine was kind in her response and is currently fixing the order. I am very grateful for great customer service and great products! Highly recommend!

I was looking for a capsule filler for bulk supplements. I found HerbAffairs, Capsule-It, and decided to give it a try. They shipped quickly, it arrived shortly after purchase. Well constructed and comes with easy to understand instruction pamphlet. I had a tiny issue and constacted the company. Kristin responded immediately and went above and beyond expectations to sort my issue out. I am glad I made the purchase from Herb Affair, the capsule-it is worth its weight!!

I have an issue with theft in my neighborhood when it comes to packages and Kristen was very understanding 🙏🏼instead seeking a replacement !! The response was in a timely manner and i really appreciate the customer service. Product arrived on time and in beautiful packaging, there was a slight problem with the unit. Sent an email to the support team describing the problem, they responded the same day and offered to replace it. Very impressed with the customer support and the quality of the product regardless of a small manufacturer error.
