Recieved my order hand delivered in record time. Excellent customer service and very quick response to my queries. Will definitely recommend and purchase from them again.
After buying these teas from my corner shop which then stopped selling this brand I found this site. I have made a few orders with them and recently I had an issue with an order not arriving.
I contacted them via WhatsApp and after a few days got a response that someone was looking into my order. The next day got a call saying my order never made it into there system. I understood as tech issues happen, but they felt so bad about it they actually got someone to hand deliver my order so it could arrive before Xmas.
That is such great service going that extra mile which I greatly appreciated and will definitely continue buying from them in the future.

I liked the quick response to the delivery of my order but I am not happy with the response to an email I sent to them a day after I placed the order and upto now I still have not had a response back from them.

Found these teas in a corner shop then when I went back to buy some more they didn’t have any and so I looked online and found this website and was happy, the process was straight forward and delivery was quick and will be buying on a regular basis.
Great service and the drinks are great too.
