Ordered a Pax 3 from this site and was promptly notified that due to my order being kept at a non UK warehouse the delivery time may be longer than expected. The device got to me a few weeks later, in perfect condition. I was happy with the service from this site. Appreciate the offers that this site has on a lot of the time.

AVOID AT ALL COST …Terrible experience with this company, string you along with lies. Was told my order would be dispatched within 5-8 working days then to be told almost 3 weeks later that my order was out of stock and that they had received the wrong one!! Even though they said it had been received days earlier and it would be on its way to me. Total waste of my time, Spend your money elsewhere and save yourself the hassle of dealing with this company.

I waited over 20 days a never received item received email saying it has been discontinued when I don’t understand why that is considering it’s a new product I don’t think I’ll be recommending them after wasting my time if I could I would of given them no stars I’m glad I paid by kalarna seems like their service is a bit shady do not order from these people if they are going to lie about a product it makes you think and the funny thing is there still advertising the product which was a Ariza air2 vape which is a new product???

Well packaged came quick. The product is the best ive ever used, consistent in heat and amazing vape. Very satisfying. Highly recommend and worth every penny.

I have a disability and need a vape for my prescription, I spent £200 and received nothing, no tracking information, no response to my email, literally nothing. I ordered my vape on the 23rd and I’ve had to be without my medication for a week as one one of the terms (of the medicine) is that you cannot smoke. I understand that there are delays, but I’ve not even been sent a confirmation to say it’s on its way, even after a week? And it’ll take ‘5-8 business days’ after it’s started to be shipped so I’m going to have to wait three weeks minimum for something I need for my actual health. I’ve had to buy another cheaper vape using a different site called vape elevate and it’ll arrive Tuesday. I used Klarna and my credit card for my purchase bc I was suspect about Herbalize so I’ll be putting in a dispute when I’m not so unwell. Please don’t use this company,

Bought the DaVinci IQC and it’s fantastic. Easy to use once you’ve read the little booklet that comes with it, used all the features and some good options for different situations. Great product seems really good quality and comes with a 5 year warranty.

Ordered a vape received it 6 days later and it wasn’t even the vape I ordered and it was actually half the price of the vape I ordered. I emailed them to ask about this and they told me to send it back that’s no problem but I had to pack it and send it back to Ireland, after that they decided to tel me that the vape I ordered wasn’t actually in stock anyway so I asked for a better vape seeing as I’ve been waiting a long time and they had messed me about with my order they told me I could have 5% discount and £10 off next purchase which is something but not really. Anyway I ordered On the 08/04/22 and I am still waiting for a vape it’s now 22/04/22!.

Product arrived broken. 3 weeks on still trying to get a refund. Returned using their RMA. They then rescheduled a delivery, but refuse to refund until it's returned? I have asked when that is, no response. Customer support just sends generic messages!

THEY ARE NOT IN THE UK! Do not be fulled. Returns are non UK, have to pass customs!! Thankfully mine was never used.

Ordered a ZT Zeus from the UK. It arrived faulty. Since then I’ve had a nightmare returning it to Northern Ireland. These guys rescheduled the delivery and refuse to refund it until it’s delivered. They will give me no further info. THIS IS NOT A UK SITE!!! If you use your vape and return it it will need to get through customs. Think about that! These guys are crooks and I’ve had enough. Reporting to my credit card as fraud.

There was a delay in the order due to the parts being hard to get, however the customer service was absolutely spot on and kept me informed of the orders progress right up until it arrive, well impressed...will definitely use again.
