customer service bad & wrong items sent

I give 2 stars only because my items reach fast but when it arrived I was very disappointed because it was wrong when I complained to Herbalife customer service through email it take them 2 days to get back to me after looking into the matter then say to me as a good will gesture keep the wrong product for your troubles i explain to the person I do
use this product pls arrange to pick it up the person reply and say if you don't want the item put it in your trash and we cant give you anything for your inconvenience because your item came to you fast am still waiting on my correct item to reach me and its over 5 day now and still notting the staff was out of order its my first time shopping with Herbalife and I will not even recommend a friend or family to buy Herbalife was very disappointed as a first buyer and way your staff handled this situation no no i did say a good will gesture will be good if I get a Herbalife shaker cup or vanilla shake but the staff email back vex and say my order came quick so that's good enough I don't think I will be coming back thank you for you poor service i did explain that I had no use for the wrong item and I didn't receive the reship item fast thats a lie

I am glad to hear that you received your order very quickly and I am sorry that one of the multiple products you received was incorrect. This is very rare to happen but I am also glad that I was able to re-ship you the missing product and that you also received that product quickly as it was tracked by DPD and they confirmed you received it which is true. I was also happy to be able to offer you to keep the incorrect product as a gesture of thanks or to discard it. I am sorry I could not send you free shakes and free shaker cups. Pride and care was taken in handling this issue and I am glad it was resolved. Thank you.

Great products but not fast delivery-Cost too much for that waiting time.

It is nice to hear you are enjoying the products but we are sorry you feel the delivery was not fast enough. Most orders arrive in 1 or 2 business days but this is not guaranteed. Please note that orders that are placed before the weekend do not count as DPD does not operate on the weekends.
