My pleasant experience
Talking to Robin Akin was like talking to a friend. She worked with me to find the right policy within my budget. She was NOT pushy at all. She did her follow up calls in a timely manner. After I got my policy in the mail, she went over every question I had. She didn't seem to be in a rush to get me off the phone. As for the policy, I chose to go with Lincoln Heritage for a few reasons, one was the AD&D rider, another was the assistance for my next of kin with finding the right funeral home, and the benefit of transportation assistance if I should pass away more than 200 miles away from home.

I did confirm that your cancellation request was processed on August 11, 2025 (5 days ago when we last spoke with you), and Lincoln Heritage Life Insurance Company has already sent the cancellation form via USPS mail per your request. Physical mail typically takes 1–2 weeks to arrive (this weekend is still probably too soon to expect delivery), but if you’d prefer to complete the process more quickly, you also have the option to upload your cancellation directly through Lincoln Heritage’s policyholder portal at https://service.lhlic.com.
Our team, including Jamie, made several attempts to connect you directly with me so I could personally help expedite the process; unfortunately, you hung up before we could assist you further. Please know that I remain available and more than willing to assist you directly to make sure everything is resolved as quickly as possible.

Well, after being told there wasn't a waiting period I was told that my prescription was rejected when I only take two water pills a day. That's It!!! now please reevaluate the policy and then tell me or I plan to cancel.
