When I bought Hermosa wig online, it was with uncertainty. Most of the time, the product customers received are different from the video. But I was so happy with Hermosa hair: the quality, the length, everything was as in the video. On top, I received a beautiful gift from Hermosa. Thank you for the good service!

I placed my order on March 27th and received it on the 30th both wigs are top quality wigs. You can’t ask for any better! No shedding, true to length and they are full wigs!! I would give them 10 stars if I Could. Not to mention they checked to make sure I received my product. I am very pleased and will spread the word to my friends and family to do business with hermosa!!!

The hair is beautiful. It looks just as shown. No smell to hair and it’s just straight up beautiful. Plus the price is good. Hurry and get you 1 or 3. Lol

I got two wigs for $198. The wigs are beautifully done. They are made with human hair and I absolutely love them. Definitely worth the money I paid.

I've bought from Hermosa several times. Initially the shipping was going to take a long time to arrive but they were able to help me speed up the delivery so kt would arrive in time. Their products are great quality and I get lots of compliments!

On February 13,2026, I entrusted this company. I ordered & received on 2/27/2026. I put up for my b’day as I work long hours. I later realized that I did not receive human hair, nor was it as described. Instead of a drawstring advertised I received an oversized band, with a useless clamp. Customer service is awful. I was not able to wear the bun advertised. I am completely dis satisfied. Customer service had the audacity to to ask me to send it back at my expense. After serval ignored emails. A better company is Frodio. I will never do business with with this untrustworthy company & their pathetic customer service service again.

I feel like hermosa is a hit and miss. Some of the wig don't look like the pictures that have posted. I took a risk with one and it looked nothing like it's was pictured. The length was not true. The front was very very short. After spending over 250 dollars they only offer 30 back. It's been a back and forth thing. I don't think I'm ever gonna order from them again

My experience with Hermosahair.com was great, I put in my order and got it shipped to my address within 5 business days. What I ordered was exactly what I received, the hair quality was pretty good. I can’t wait to order again.

I receive my 360 wig on today, it was delayed but I communicated and let Hermosahair. They investigated the delay and soon after I received my wig WoopWoop. I opened my beautifully wrapped bag my 360 wig is everything the picture on the website presented I love it and I thank Hermosahair for their great customer service.

I have never had a bad experience. I’ve order multiple wigs they have so been quality and the customer service is very helpful and responsive.

This is what I wrote to the company on their website:
I just wanted to let you know that I am not happy about the braided wig that I ordered from you. Not only did it take approximately three weeks for me to receive it, but the wig itself is awkward. The lace piece that is near the ear on both sides do not fit properly on my head, they are too long and have hair attached to it where I can't cut it to shape. Not only that, there is a braid at the top that is braided in another direction from the other braids. The wig looks kind of bulky to me. This was a total waste of money for me, because I cannot even wear the wig. I have tried to play around with it to get it to work and I just can't.

The cap is too small and the wig has an awful smell. Tried for days going back and forth to return it and constantly fobbed off. Finally agreed to return but its a whole rigmarole sending it back. What a waste of £160 worst hair i have ever had. The hair itself is so ugly and nothing like advertised - never will i purchase feom them again
