The call was very quick and helpful, very informative. Saved me a lot of time and money.

I raised a request on 2nd April for water boiler , paid £15 for urgent fix . Had a call for 50 sec , guy said he can’t do anything and requesting to agency for sending the engineer.

After 2days , he asked me check with agency and said not his responsibility.

23rd of December no hot water with no help in sight but who should appear herofix AMAZING got a virtual call for £15 in under 1 hour

Great service. Appointment available at short notice. Talked through an issue with a radiator valve - small job but otherwise would have been a hefty call out charge for something that just needed an expert to talk through a problem with for a few minutes. Will definitely use again.

Great service from Son at Herofix. Was able to diagnose and talk me through the fix on our boiler without the need for a costly home visit.

After an easy booking experience I had a productive call discussing potential options to DIY install a bidet in my fitted bathroom. I now have a solid plan in place and avoided some potentially painful pitfalls. 10/10 would use again for quick advice.

Son is a gentleman and Herofix is an absolutely excellent service! On demand access to plumbing and electrical support is unquestionably a huge help to any homeowner, and I’ll definitely be using the service regularly going forward. For only £15 it’s a bargain!

Excellent service with fast response, helped me fixing the problem with my boiler.

Spoke to Al, at 5pm today, diagnosed my heating issue within a few minutes and gave me a quick fix to keep me from becoming an ice cube until I can get someone out to replace the part. Great service.

What a wonderful, efficient and ingenious service! It gave me the confidence to fix my new boiler without having to book an expensive service for a relatively simple problem. I can't recommend it highly enough, thank you for really coming to the rescue!

Wonderful idea! I had no heating or hot water, 15 minute call with Son later...all restored and working fine!

A lot of boiler problems can be a simple fix (with the right knowledge!) so it is definitely worth a £15 video call to see if the problem can be fixed without a hefty callout fee.

Brilliant service that saved me the cost and trouble of getting a boiler engineer out. Huge thanks to Al who persevered with what was quite a tricky issue and solved it in a very logical way. Highly recommend! Had a call with Son who ran me through the issue and gave me some background on the system. Although we didn’t get it sorted over the call Son gave me the solution and a short piece of wire later the problem was fixed. Quick and easy to use, if you think yours is a problem that may just need a tweak or two I would recommend these before paying a costly call out charge.

Unbelievable service - fixed within 4 minutes and avoided huge call out fee!!

Had low pressure on my boiler and topped up the system but inadvertently managed to turn off the hot water. A quick and friendly video call later and it was fixed!

Such a brilliant idea where so many issues can be resolved via video with a specialist!

What a genius service. Al fixed a problem with our radiator within minutes. This saved us paying a standard plumber call out charge (£75 plus labour time). Brilliant service. So simple and efficient. Herofix helped me identify the issue causing my dripping tap and guided me through how to repair the issue myself. I normally get quite nervous with these sorts of things, but the team reassured me at every step. Would highly recommend.
