Broken boiler during lock down
My boiler broke down a couple of weeks into lockdown leaving us with no hot water. Al was able to help me via FaceTime. He showed me how to work out what was causing the error message, and also top up the boiler pressure to get the boiler working again. Cannot thank them enough!

What a great way of dealing with a small plumbing task! It saved someone coming out, and it saved me the usual call out charge. £15 for 15 mins, and all completed within 20 mins of my initial enquiry. I highly recommend it and will definitely use the service again.

Son was brilliant
Son was brilliant. I was a boiler issue, (on a Saturday), I was able to jump on a FaceTime video call for 15, which resolved my issue. Highly recommend.

Great service
Great service, really helpful, friendly, clear instructions and fast response time. Toilet was completely blocked with no way of getting anyone here to help or buy anything, Video plumbers patiently guided me through and everything was quickly back to normal.

I called video plumbers as my boiler…
I called video plumbers as my boiler wasn’t working. We had a video call and they talked me through how to fix the problem. It was really easy to use and it saved me a call out fee, plus they were really friendly and the instructions were simple to follow. I’d definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

The future of plumbing!
Used Videoplumbers earlier this week to fix my hot water! Excellent service, clear instructions and friendly. Flame in boiler working and fixed within 10 minutes of chatting to them. Will definitely use again!
