Didn’t get my product due to shipping issues so can’t really say but good customer service

!! AVOID !! - !!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !! - SCAM WEBITE !! Completely unresponsive to emails, calls, web chats. Many people being ignored when goods do not arrive or when faulty products sent out. You can see other customers comments and bad experiences on their facebook site ''HEROHAVEN Peterborough''. I have lost £180 and I am so angry

My son ordered something in error. I immediately got in touch with hero Haven to cancel the order. They did not get back to me for 4 days, after the item had been sent and suggested I return it. Receipt I immediately requested to return and they sent through postage details while also applying a £10 fee for handling. I did not dispute this. Now the post office has confirmed hero Haven have received the package and I am having to regularly chase up the refund payment. Extremely poor.

Quick delivery, my son absolutely loves his voice activated helmet & great value for money. Would 100% recommend and will shop here again at Christmas

The product was good, however the company ships from China not the UK they are not upfront about that or the shipping timescale, they have no phone number and take weeks to respond to email or message, I’d have no faith in them responding if the item didn’t arrive or was damaged

Great product i woke up one day and put on the mask and felt like i was Ironman! Delivery was pretty fast for it coming from China! Love the mask!

I sent a faulty mask and web shooter back , they returned the mask with no charging wire, no web shooter and said they couldn’t find the web shooter in the box and would have to buy a new one , sent a wire tweaks after the mask was sent in 😔😔😔

I ordered an iron helmet from these guys. I had to change the address got an immediate reply. The item was described as out for delivery. Three weeks later when it hasn't arrived I asked Hero Heaven where my order was. They not only didn't reply but they blocked me from messaging them. I have tried multiple ways to communicate and the same story

This place either doesn't care or is a scam.

❌ Avoid HeroHaven at All Costs – A Complete Nightmare! ❌
I purchased the all-singing, all-dancing Iron Man helmet for my son’s birthday in late November 2024. It was his main present—an expensive one—so ensuring it arrived on time was crucial. The estimated delivery timeframe seemed fine, but that’s where the problems began.
🚨 The Delivery Disaster
After placing my order, I received a notification from the Shop App that my item was "being processed." And that’s where it stayed. No updates. No tracking. Nothing. Despite multiple attempts to contact HeroHaven, responses were scarce and unhelpful. Eventually, I was told the item was on its way—but it was already too late to meet the original delivery expectations. Since my son’s birthday falls 10 days before Christmas, I had to scramble to swap presents around just to make up for their delays.
🎁 The Big Letdown
When the helmet finally arrived—after all the stress and delays—it was an absolute joke.
❌ The "fancy" features didn’t work.
❌ The build quality was shocking—cheap, flimsy, and nowhere near worth the price.
I immediately reached out for a replacement… silence. No reply. No solution.
🏠 A Shocking Discovery
Since HeroHaven is based just 25 miles away in Peterborough, I decided to go there in person. Turns out… it’s literally a young lad selling out of his garage. He admitted he had multiple exchange requests but was “snowed under” after Christmas. He promised a new batch from a different supplier and assured me I’d get a proper replacement. Foolishly, I gave him the benefit of the doubt.
📦 Round Two: Even Worse!
Weeks later, my replacement arrived… along with another item as compensation. Both were somehow even worse than the first.
🛠️ One was completely defective.
🛠️ The other fell apart after a single use.
I had to go back to his house again to collect the items, and since then? Radio silence. Every attempt to contact him has been ignored.
💰 £400 Down the Drain
I’ve now served HeroHaven with a formal refund demand—also ignored. Terrible products. Awful customer service. This company has zero regard for its customers.
⚠️ Final Warning: Do Not Buy from HeroHaven!
If you're considering purchasing from them, DON’T. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. I will be escalating my complaint to official bodies to hold them accountable. Save your money and avoid this scam.

Great costume

Absolute appalling company!!! Do not use. Sent a different item to the picture on their website. Item didn’t work on first use and they are accusing me of breaking it! Telling me I am absurd!! Please avoid at all costs. They want your money not your service. I’ll be taking this to the consumer ombudsman.

Awful company. I ordered a spiderman led blinking mask for my son. It never arrived. Three weeks later I decided to log back in to track where it could be...the website doesn't recognise my order number and poor son never received it..I tried a charge back through my bank and these clever people sent a log to where the parcel went claiming I am doing a charge back to my bank because I never contacted them to which I did. Do not buy from them it's a SCAM!

I purchased the mask as a present for my nephew. And he loved it!

The product was fantastic and service was great , it did go faulty a few days after Xmas, however we emailed them on a few occasions, but eventually they responded after Xmas, sent us a return label sent it back, and after about 10days a replacement was sent, so all happy , but I think they should respond to your emails a bit quicker, but saying that it was Xmas
