Tried to contact the company multiple times in regards to my order! No reply! Over £200 on something thats never turned up!!!!!

Ordered the the spider man web shooter, it seems great quality, the boy loves it and arrived quickly.

Avoid this company! We ordered an ironman mask for 220 Euros mid December and discovered immediately after placing the order that it was a copy made in China. We tried to cancel our order but we were told that it was impossible. They promised that we could send the item back once received and get a full refund. Hovever I never received my order. I contacted them mid January and they never reimbursed me the 220 Euros paid. Do not trust this company.

STAY CLEAR.

Paid £350 and received a defective product. When I contacted the business about it they stated policy and refused to help.

I’m now having to seek legal council and pursue my statutory consumer rights to get reimbursed.

Never ever use this company!

I only wish I had read the reviews before placing an order for an overpriced, broken piece of tat that was the Iron Man Helmet my 10 year old son desperately wanted for Christmas.

After numerous attempts to contact the company via phone, message and emails to send back the helmet, I had to resort to contacting my card provider for a refund.

Stay away from Hero Haven.

Items are not shipped from the UK and do take longer than suggested plus i ordered 3 items and they all arrived separately at different times. That’s said, my son loved all three - blinking Spider-Man mask, web shooter and key ring. I would order again from them however I feel they should be more upfront about their offering.

I have a very happy little boy with his awesome Iron man helmet. He absolutely loves it. I can’t rate this company high enough. I ordered the gold helmet but then my son wrote on his Christmas list to Santa that he wanted the silver one, with less than 2 weeks before Christmas! I contacted the company and explained and ordered another helmet which arrived super quick and in time for Christmas. I was then able to return the gold helmet and immediately received a refund. Will definitely use HeroHaven again.

Great service

Delivery took a little longer than expected but the communication and updates on my parcel couldn’t be faulted. Customer care was brilliant.

Very well packaged, product was better than I expected. My son was over the moon at Christmas. Kept us all entertained

Dreadful company that pretend to be a uk seller when they aren’t!

Sent the wrong stand for the iron man mask that I also ordered from them. No communication no replies just ignored there is no returns available because they don’t answer emails, chat or any form of contact. You’ve only got to look at the ratings to see how bad they are!! DO NOT USE!! Be warned they will keep your money and leave you with cheaply made tat!

My product was well packaged and also arrived faster than what I expected. I asked customer service to help me get my mask in time for Christmas last minute and they cam in cluth. Will defenitely be buying from them again in the future!

Amazing product, and delivered quickly

Website was very easy to use, and the prices were very reasonable.
The product I got came from China so it took some time for delivery but tracking was available to check!
Product was packed very well when it arrived and free from damage. All in all a good experience and would use them again

One star is two too many! Iron Man mask arrived broken. Returned and told Matt version out of stock, when I asked for partial refund suddenly there was one just arrived so dispatched to me next day. The broken part fell out of the box when opened! Seems like original broken helmet sent back to me! Definitely not a good company.

Ordered a Christmas present in November, it still hasn't arrived and it is Christmas eve. Avoid

Ordered a spiderman mask on the 1st December, with stated delivery time between 5 - 10 days. As of 21st December, states item still hasn't left China. Zero communication, having tried to contact on several platforms, now my 10 yr old son will be gutted he will not be receiving his preferred Christmas present. Shambles of a company.

I can’t recommend Hero Haven enough! I needed to have an item collected and shipped to Spain in time for Christmas and Chris couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you so much. We will definitely use you in the future
