Ordered tropical good pellets and high growth pellets, good delivery time but box damaged and pat of order missing. Contacted them described damage and sent image, replacements with me within 2 days. Excellent customer service and back room staff to replace my order. Highly recommend

I have used Heron Pet World for decades now. They are an excellent company with amazing customer care, the slightest problem they solve immediately. The quality of their Koi flakes and pellets is superb. I don't need to try any other provider. This company really cares about their customers and I recommend them 100% and you will too.

I’ve ordered pond food on a number of occasions but Evri made a mess of the last delivery - they said they’d delivered the parcel but it was nowhere around the house. They sent a photo of the package - the wrong parcel and the wrong house! Heronspetworld immediately sent a replacement which arrived the next day - together with the original parcel! Heronspetworld 10/10, Evri 0/10!

This is the first time I’ve dealt directly with Heron’s pet world (usually through eBay) . Super quick delivery, well and sensibly packaged items, good price and I was kept up to speed the whole way from order to delivery. Perfect. Would definitely 5* recommend and will deal direct in future.

I’ve been a returning customer to Herons Pet World for a couple of years. I am so delighted with their prompt and efficient delivery service of my fish supplies. My goldfish mix started off in a fish bowl. They’re are now 7 in total and as big as koi carp. They look healthy, vibrant in colour and very active. I was looking for hairy rabbit ears for my dogs. In particular, one kilogram bag and in google search an offering from heron's pet world, came up at a good price, much better than the usual sources that I get from and roughly half the price so I ordered 2 kg, which to my surprise came the morning of the next day. Now i've ordered from other places before and they vary in delivery times, in fact one I had to email and ask them if there was a problem was the order because I hadn't heard anything. It was over a week I had to wait and they are popular...If ever you search for natural dog treats, they come up right there in google search and can't complain about the products, but when I need the treats now, I need them now, not next week. So having a response like this from Herons Pet World was amazing, with super quick delivery, quicker than Amazon, Amazon would only come in afternoon.. needless to say the dogs got treated.

I ordered fish pond sticks and Evri managed to lose them. I contacted Heron and they replied to my email straight away and arranged to be delivered by FedEx and I received them less that 24 hours from when I first emailed. First class service, I have used them before never had a problem with delivery before. I highly recommend Heron’s Pet World, customer service 10 out of 10 x
