I've been using Heron's for a few years now and cannot rate them highly enough. I wouldn't buy my goldfish food anywhere else. Great products, amazing prices, very quick dispatch, convenient packaging and fabulous customer service results in very happy goldfish!

Had a bit of trouble with delivery and heron sorted it out fast and got my delivery the very next day. Great customer service and the fish stick look great to at a reasonable price will definitely be using this company again.

I ordered some fish food but Evri decided to lose the delivery. I contacted Herons and explained that I needed it quickly and they fedex me a replacement immediately. Brilliant customer service. Still nothing from evri……

Came across them by accident and orderd some stuff. Done it back to front and looked at the reviews after purchase. Saw a few bad ones & thought mmmm. However stuff came next day no fuss easy to open/close bags. Fish seem pleased enough with it.
Went on and put in another order also next day delivery. Doubt you will find anything cheaper. All in all great experience will be using here from now on.

My item hadn't arrived when expected & they sent me another immediately. I then found the item in the bottom of my post box and I offered to pay for the replacement I didn't need which they then gave me without charge. That's what I call excellent customer service & I will order from them again.

Have used herons fish food for two years. Ordered a bag and it arrived quickly but both wrapping and inner bag was torn. I had only lost a small amount and asked for £5 refund. Instead they quickly sent me a new bag. Delighted with service

I order a lot of tropical fish food from these guys my fish love it, In fact they don't really eat anything else. I always thought fish ate anything but hey ho, now I know. I have been using Herons for my fish food for a number of years and the service, quality and delivery has always been excellent. When there was an issue with delivery due to the carrier Herons quickly sent out a replacement. I have no hesitation in recommending them to all.

We always buy our fish foods from Herons, and our fish all go mad for it, where they aren’t that eager with other brands.
We’ve grown our Koi fry to over a foot long, just on Herons Koi pellets. Our tropicals always go into a frenzy for the tropical flake food we buy.

The customer service goes above and beyond every time. Recently, Evri did what they do best, and lost our latest fish foods package.

Herons kindly replaced the lost goods immediately, and sent by a next day courier.
I really can’t fault anything about Herons.
