Worst shopping experience. No goolgle reviews for this business hence stay away
I had an extremely disappointing experience with HerSelected and would not recommend purchasing from this company.
The website advertises a 30-day free returns policy, but when I tried to initiate a return within the stated timeframe, I received no response at all. I contacted customer service multiple times through the available channels, but my return request was ignored, leaving me unable to return the item or receive a refund.
The cashmere cardigan I received was also nowhere near the quality shown in the product photos. The material felt very cheap, the stitching was poor, and the overall finish did not justify the higher price I paid. It looked nothing like what I expected based on the website's description and images.
My biggest concern is the lack of customer support. A company that advertises a return policy should honor it and respond to customers in a timely manner. Ignoring legitimate return requests makes customers feel misled and without any recourse.
