Cancelled my order due to not having the stock, sent an email apologising but didn’t send a discount code or offer to rectify and then continued to email asking to review for a service they didn’t provide

I ordered four dresses and all arrived within a couple of days. The dresses were all good quality just unfortunately not all of them fit but there was no issues with the returns.

The packaging was well presented, with a handwritten note and a lovely little gift since it was my first order!

Really happy with the dress, delivered really fast and they gave me a free mascara and a hand written thank you note. £28 cheaper than the pretty lavish website. Could not fault them.

I have just received my dress and not only is it stunning, but they also threw in a little thank you gift. I will just remind other girls that when buying a dress, remember most of the models are 5ft10+ and so if you are a smaller girl like me it will come a little longer- so don’t be surprised!

I’m also over the moon that I finally found the couple dress I’d been looking for for such a long time. I would definitely buy from them again!

I bought a jumper in the sale. It was a real bargain, exactly as photographed and had the same composition of fabric as described.
I thought I’d been to a posh department store when it arrived as it was tissue wrapped and beautifully presented. I would certainly go back when I can afford it!
