Thank you to Spencer for delivering excellent sessions. Currently we are in session 3-5 learning about combustion. He makes it really easy to understand and quickly too. I would highly recommend.

I’m currently in training for my ACS domestic gas qualification & Colin has been an excellent trainer throughout the gas course. He is extremely thorough in his teaching and takes the time to ensure that everyone fully understands each topic before moving on. His explanations are always clear, detailed, and easy to follow, even when covering more complex subjects.

One of Colin's greatest strengths is how approachable he is. He creates a positive learning environment where everyone feels comfortable asking questions, and he is always willing to provide additional support when needed. He explains concepts in a way that makes them easy to understand and apply, which has helped build confidence across the group.

His knowledge, patience, and teaching style have made a real difference to the learning experience. Colin's ability to break down information clearly and effectively has given us the best possible chance of being successful on the course. I would highly recommend him as a trainer & Herts energy academy.

Week 4, module 4 just about done. We started the week with Spencer then Dave stepped in while Spencer was testing candidates. Quite a full-on week with lots to take in, focussing on cookers, space heaters, and central heating. I think you get out of this course what you put in. It’s hard to imagine a better run course (also great value for money), but ultimately you do need to work hard.

Just finish module 3 at herts energy, again another positive week with Spencer he is really good at breaking down a subject, I would highly recommend him and herts energy

Completed module 2 this week with Spencer was challenging, but his knowledge and way of explaining things made the material much easier to understand.

Competed Week Two Module Two, very hard module. However Spencer Wells our tutor really simplified the module for us beginners and now I feel really confident and I can’t wait for Week Three Module Three.

I would have to say I was going into this course scared because I had one month of learning everything. Our teacher Spencer Wells is amazing made it so easy to understand the course. For my first week and first module. I have gained so much knowledge and feel so comfortable and as I said Spencer Wells made it so easy for us to learn the module so quick and understands it.

Lots information.Spencer goes over the topic as much as you need. If you need an ACS certification you do recommend.

I’ve just completed the heat pump and water regulations training with Dave Howlings, and I wanted to say a big thank you. The training has been excellent, and Dave taught us really well. I’m pleased to have passed the water regulations course.
Next step is the ACS practical test, which I’m looking forward to.

Just been on the ASHP course with Dave Howlings. Great instructor and the course is good basic course to get the overall knowledge of the ASHP. Enjoyed

ASHP course , was conducted by Dave Honlings , as is a great tutor and the course was very interactive and easy to learn.

Completed course for Heat Pumps and Water Regulations with our Instructor Dave Howlings. Dave was very informative and helpful throughout the process.

I’m currently doing module 1 with Spencer wells, i enjoy it a lot as Spencer has alot of knowledge which makes it easier to learn and they also have a lot of rigs and equipment to help you understand things better. I would recommend this course to anyone looking to get qualified as a gas engineer

I do not recommend this place; I feel scammed. They practically stole my money. I wanted to take a gas engineering course with this training center. I spoke with Michael, and he told me that to secure a spot, I should put down a deposit. However, I wasn't sure I could take the course because I needed my boss to give me the necessary time off to attend the classes. I told Michael that if I couldn't attend, I would have to cancel the course. He replied that there was no problem, but he never mentioned that my deposit wouldn't be refunded. Eleven business days later, without having signed any documents, I confirmed to Michael that I couldn't take the course because I couldn't get the necessary time off. He took five days to respond, saying that they couldn't refund my money for a course that starts in September.

Just finished the Hiu course with Dave the trainer was excellent and very helpful for anyone and the girls in the office are fantastic and professional highly recommended for anyone thinking of doing course there ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
