Spencer has been an excellent teacher throughout my Gas ACS course at Herts Energy Academy. His deep knowledge of the subject and clear way of explaining complex concepts made the learning process much easier and more engaging. He is patient, approachable, and always willing to take the time to ensure everyone understands the material fully. His practical insights and real-world examples were especially helpful in building confidence for assessments. Overall, Spencer created a supportive and professional learning environment that really helped me succeed in the course

Really good teachers, only known provider that guarantees a pass, some teaching points differ from teacher to teacher but over all good. Parking is a slight problem, but still much better then other providers that I seen.

Just finished week 3 at Herts Energy Academy and it’s been really good. You can definitely tell the difference from the first couple weeks, things are starting to make more sense now and I feel a lot more confident doing stuff on my own.

The trainers are still great, always there if you need help but they also let you get on with it which I liked. It didn’t feel rushed, just a nice steady pace.

Glad I stuck with it, feel way more comfortable with everything now. Would still recommend it.

Week 3 completed and Spencer has really helped this week again making flues and chimneys as interesting as possible to help us stay focused.

Spencer Wells has been a great at teaching us and it has also been a Great experience.

Last Week of MLP complete. Great to get hands on with the appliances and test all the knowledge I’ve acquired. Spencer has been amazing and I can’t rate him high enough.

Had a great experience with Dave Howlings during the HIU course. Thoroughly experienced instructor who was able to answer every question thrown at him during the class, with the experience and years behind him both practically and teaching to make it a smooth 2 day course. Well worth the cost, even more so with the current grant funding available.
