The courtesy and professionalism I received from all the staff at Hertz was exemplary. I will certainly use them again for all my car rental requirements.

Excellent service from start to finish, I dealt with Sumit and he was really helpful in making sure everything ran smoothly and kept me informed of the vehicles delivery and collection times and was helpful in answering any questions I had, I would definitely use Hertz Dream Collection again.

Mr Chris who is handling the Heathrow airport is friendly, knowledgeable and is helpful in our car rental experience. Definitely will be renting again in the future.

Efficient, polite and great cars

1, arrived to collect car, I was the only one there and I was asked to wait while the agent finished doing some other paperwork.
2, was told car outside glass door, when I got outside couldn’t find car and had to use key fob to locate it.
3, was told car all ready and checked but when I found the car it was fully frozen with ice and I had to de ice it myself.
4, approx 25 miles into my journey tyre pressure warning light came on stating passenger rear had only tyre pressure180 vs the rest 260. I had to drive slowly for about 30 miles to find a service station to put air into it.
5, I wrote 2 emails to your sales agent Ian on 20th and 22nd and until now still have no reply to my message
I would have thought when spending that amount of money for a car the service would have been more professional. Very didsapointed

It’s a pleasure renting from Hertz with their great service and wonderful collection of cars. Although, I normally go for the Mercedes CLA - very clean, inside and out as always. They gave me excellent service, great prices and were friendly at all times. I will happily go back there again and I’m happy to recommend them!

Very helpful and experienced staff at Bayswater office

Hired the Audi R8 for my wedding from Heathrow branch. Fantastic vehicle, was beyond what I imagined it. After researching many hire companies I went for Hertz for their transparency and reputation. They were easy to deal with, mainly communicated with Ian. Will definitely use them in the future.

Taking time together to inspect the car.

-Mileage check, fuel check, overall car interior and exterior inspection and viola! Good to Go!

Fantastic customer service on the phone while booking. When I arrived there wasn’t a specific dream collection person at the desk. I went to the main counter and they just gave me the key without a greeting or showing me where the car was or how to operate as it was brand new.
The car and the staff on the phone are amazing. Value for money was good

Despite having tricky requirements from my end about providing the IDs at the time of the booking and paying a deposit with a trickier Indian credit card, Sumit has been very accommodating in confirming all the requirements of the booking over two days by following up with utmost patience and cheerful demeanor. He has also taken the time to answer all my questions and even arranged for a very early pick up on a Sunday (Bayswater branch of Hertz Dream collection is closed on Sundays) from the Marble Arch Hertz branch. I was very pleased with this memorable service and I would like to book with Sumit and Hertz Dream Collection every time now. Wonderful and well maintained luxury cars collection for rental.

PS: This is already my second time renting with this branch, whilst the first rental was for a convertible car in September 2021.

In a quiet lane behind Bayswater tube, in a low key warehouse, is God's own toybox of wonderful cars, kept in perfect condition by the excellent Hertz Dream Collection team. I used to be a Member of P1, the performance car club, but HDC gives me the same quality of product, with far more flexibility and, at least for me, a much more convenient location. It's the ideal way of having a performance car for a few days, without the cost and inconvenience of ownership.
