Excellent Service. Very helpful staff. Minor hiccup at the time of picking my car as I was late then scheduled time. The conferenced team had gone for the day. It took the staff a little while but otherwise it was impeccable. Didn’t need any other service during the hire and returned the car with no extra paper work required. It was as easy as 1,2,3. Highly recommended.

Dealing with the team before the rental and then picking up the car and drop off was all smooth and easy.

Very bad experience, never try them again. terrible service from a guy Ian, rude.

The staff were very friendly and professional and the pick-up/drop off very easy. I did have a couple of issues with the car which could have been resolved with a more complete handover and/or if the Drivers' manual had been provided, but they worked hard to resolve those. I would definitely use them again.

I've hired many times from Hertz at Gatwick and experienced great service consistantly. When I realised they had a 'Dream Collection', I thought I'd give it a try. The Range Rover Sport I was given exceeded my expectations by some degree. As an added bonus, the guy who delivered the vehicle was one of the friendliest and most helpful guys I've met in a long time - quite refreshing during these strange times!
Without doubt, I'll be having that experience on a more regular basis!

Hired a porsche 911 Carrera S at short notice and service was great! Car was great and service matched my needs i.e. drop off in Marble Arch rather than having another day rental.

Myself and my brother hired a car each, Ian made sure the cars were made available as promised even after one car didn’t arrive in the depot on time. He allocated a driver to collect a car from
Up north to deliver his promise the next day which I really appreciated.

Sumit and Kris were also very helpful indeed. When picking the cars up a Heathrow Kris was very organised had all the paperwork ready.

These guys are honest, relatable and very efficient !

Hired a stunning Mercedes Convertible for our long wedding weekend. All went well .. staff and management were very professional and understanding. Was a bit worried about the full deposit taken, but it is understandable and was fully returned with no fuss. Thank you for a great experience
