I bought a pair of sandals but they never delivered them. When I tried to contact them through the email adress from their website, it says that the email adress isn’t workning.

Absolutely a joke scam of a company lost money with them an I even have it through shop account wat a joke.cant even put up date of experience I ordered in August 2021 wat the fuk bandora and wat the fuk shop app Ithat I can't report it

Complete SCAM. Ordered a hairdryer and paid £40 only received an empty envelope from them. Tried to contact them but received nothing back. Contact number does not work and emails were never replied to. Absolute robbing swines.

Would ideally give zero stars.

I placed a order for 'Orthotic Sneakers in black' on the 29/08/21. Not heard anything nor had a reply to my emails, no delivery. SCAM!!!!

I ordered a pair of trainers back in September, a few weeks ago I received notification that my order had been dispatched, but when I clicked on the link it was unavailable. Not received my purchase yet, I have lost £19.99, very disappointed and disgusted that this has been allowed to happen. Some kind of response or even refund is deserved, posting on Facebook and getting people to order is totally unacceptable, when ordering felt confident that it was a genuine offer.

Order placed, money taken 12/09/21 to date item not received. Two emails sent no reply, third email sent, bounced back could not be delivered. Having to now raise a dispute with credit card company for any assistance. Clearly a SCAM!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Wish is now had done a deeper dive. How can this still be allowed to happen with all of our knowledge.

I ordered an item back in god damn July! It is October and still no delivery has arrived. Their website does not work, I have emailed at least 5 times and get no response. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Total scammers. Extremely disappointed

I ordered on 20th August 2021, I still haven't received any confirmation emails or items nearly 2 months later! I emailed them a month after placing order chasing it up but still have heard nothing back. I've had to contact my bank due to their bad service.

Just to let you all know, searched them on Companies House. An Application to be struck off is there. Dodgy bloke based in Morrocco by looks of things.

Bought a product over a month ago now, I have sent multiple emails chasing up delivery to Banthora, no reply. Their social account doesn't reply either.

I am now reaching out to Hervies to see if they can help at all.

Don't order off this company, ordered 19th July still no parcel. Contacted numerous times but no reply, they don't update delivery and don't contact you at all. When you check web site is closed . Disgusting service .Do Not order people
