I agree with other reviews, I ordered orthotic sandals from what I thought was a uk company, they were shipped in from China and were of very inferior quality and nothing like the description. I emailed them asking how I could return the sandals and was told firstly that because of them being in a sale they were not refundable. I quoted the online consumer goods act and they said I can get a refund if I return them to China which is costly. When buying from a uk company you should not be asked to return them to their warehouse overseas. You cannot get through by phone to the Covent garden number. Please don’t buy anything from this company, they are a sham!

I really wished I read these reviews before ordering.
Ordered two pairs of orthotic summer shoes. They took weeks to arrive from CHINA. They did not resemble the
Photo’ at all, they are cheap horrid shoes. Nothing like
advertised.
I tried to call. Line dead. Emailed, no reply. Just another SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Not orthotic just cheap flip flops. Don’t waste your money. Ordered on 24th March, arrived today 12th April 2021. So disappointed and cannot be returned because they are sale items.

I ordered the sandals on the 20th March, assuming they were being delivered from within the UK. after waiting a long time they finally arrived today 9th April 2021.
they came from China. They look nothing like the picture in the sense that they are totally different in design and colour. The quality is definitely not worth the 'sale' price of £24.99. I would expect these to cost perhaps £ 4.99 at the most from a market stall. Very disappointed and most definitely would not recommend. False advertising all round. Avoid!

Ordered orthotic sandals that I later found were shipped directly from China and took weeks to arrive. When they arrived they were cheap flat soled flip-flops not orthotic shoes. This is not the company it seems to be from its website - no Covent Garden or UK store exists and phone no is not connected.

Don’t buy they sell items that are poor quality and not orthotic. Model makes sandals look as if they are elastic and there not. Won’t give refund even though they are breaking all the trading laws. They advertise they are in London Covent Garden, but if you want to return they say send to Shanghai address. Phone number on website is non-existent

I don't have anything negative to say about this firm. I have ordered clothes overall 3 times now. Everything has went excellent even the one time I had to make a return, they answered immediately(in 15min) to my email and the refund was at my bank account in 5 days without sending back the item.

I recently ordered several items from Hervies, I was really impressed with the service. The order was received very quickly and the items were exactly what I’d had seen in the photographs. I would definitely use Hervies again in the future 👍🏻

Horrendous- DO NOT BUY from these scammers!

Bought snow boots in sale, they arrived over a month later and I had to chase them up about it several times. When they arrived the sizing was wrong and the shoe insole was separate from the shoe!
I notified the company straight away, was told no refund and to exchange I had to pay to return to China! (The company use a london address & phone number which doesn’t work...)
I refused to pay for them to go back to China.
So after going back and forth with them they then decided I could get an exchange and keep the shoes... so ordered 2 snoods but have not heard anything from them and they will not answer my emails.

This company are blatantly scammers making a quick buck and their products from China are awful and very cheap.
Don’t waste your time and money on them.
Horrid company.

I ordered 2 snow boots, the quality is good. Shipping about 2 weeks.

I bought some boots, and it was very hard to get any information. It took almost 2 weeks to arrive and it doesn't even mention this on the website. The boots didn't look like the picture and clearly very low quality. I tried to return the boots for a refund - advising straight away that I wanted to return them, however I was advised that I couldn't because their returns policy did not allow for returns if the product was a sale item. The product is never not on sale; so how could this even be possible to buy at full price? In addition to this, this does not comply with the consumer rights laws in the UK. I raised this with them several times and eventually advised I could be issued a refund however I would have to pay for the returns postage.. to China! This is also against the consumer rights laws where it states the seller must pay for returns postage of standard class.
They would not shift their view on this and then went back to say that they would offer a discount of 25% !! This is even less of a refund than previously offered and against the consumer rights laws. DEFINITELY regret purchasing from this company!
