Very nice necklace

Very nice necklace, my wife loved it. The only thing that could be improved is communication. I would have liked to be clearly informed about the expected dates.
Also, after the object was sent I did not get any tracking number to check the status of the expedition.
However, the jewel was certainly worth the waiting.

Good customer service, and a satisfied buyer.

My husband ordered a necklace as a gift for me, which did not arrive as scheduled. However, after emailing a support team for information, I immediately received a response, and was assured that I would receive this order within two weeks.

True to their word, Herzschmuck.ch expedited the order, and I now have my lovely necklace. This was excellent customer service and the product is exactly as I expected. I am very happy with it!

They claim 24h feedback. I try to contact the support. It takes around 72h to get an answer to the initial message. Since then, no answer and it has been 5 days.
