Changing Business name

Who would know changing from a sole trader to a Ltd company could create such a headache but thank you to Julia and Laurie they were lovely to deal with and made sure the process was as smooth as possible

Abbie was amazing in my recent experience with Hetas.

It was surrounding a complex adjustment to an existing registration and I’d spoken to a couple of other people over a period of 2 weeks and wasn’t really getting anywhere. From the moment Abbie answered the phone she was amazing.! she tracked down exactly what form we needed and went out of her way to make sure we were sorted. Calling through to other departments and briefing different teams on what what’s happening ect calling me back and keeping me in the loop as to what we may / may not need to do. Just extremely helpful from start to finish and sorted things within a few hours for me. I called this morning having not made much progress and at the time of writing this review it’s basically done thanks to Abbie..!

Positive and friendly 'can do' attitude

I have been dealing with Julia and Abbie regarding an update of insurance details and adding a member of staff to our CPS registration, prior to our renewal later this month. They have both been extremely helpful and have made this a pleasurable experience. I would also add that I have been very impressed with the friendly and positive attitude of all the Hetas staff I have spoken to with regard to 'notifications' in recent months. Thank you

Log burner certificate

I was ‘chasing’ a certificate for my log burner. The chimney sweep gave me a link to HETAS.
The help and advice I received was above and beyond what I expected.
It transpired my burner was registered to a different organisation.
My contact at HETAS ‘Izzie’ helped me throughout. She south updates, asked if she could help in any way and ‘never gave up’
I did eventually sort my problem out but want to record how amazing, helpful, responsive and professional Izzie was. At 80 years of age this was a daunting thing for me to sort. Thank you Izzie
