I ordered 1 adult and 2 youth shoes

I ordered 1 adult and 2 youth shoes. I received the one adult pair. The problem is a tracking number was assigned to the entire order and it says shipped and delivered. I have no way of tracking the two missing pair or if they have even shipped together or separately. I reached out to the company through email 2times, live chat which they asked for information then kept me hanging there for 25 minutes and no on ever came on. And no reply to email . Also Facebook messenger. I am not a fan of paying for something I haven't received or any way of seeing if it ever shipped.

I ordered two pair as Christmas gifts…

I ordered two pair as Christmas gifts and only received one. The order shows shipped and received and I have written to their support department several times and have received no response since mid December. I cannot find a customer service number for the company, but did find extensive complaints on BBB.

I didn't want to give them 1 star…

I didn't want to give them 1 star wanted to give customer service -1. I ordered and paid for 16 pair of shoes for Christmas presents for grandkids. I have 1 pair that is too small, bag said size 8, inside of shoe tongue said size 7. Need a size eight. I cannot get them to respond, I have sent 3 emails. I just want to exchange! Going to keep trying, kids were thrilled with the shoes, and would like to buy again, but scared to now.

Horrible customer service! Nonexistent!

The worse thing about these shoes is that they give ZERO customer service. I have made multiple attempts to reach them and ask for a response and they have NEVER responded. We are now stuck with a 60.00 pair of shoes that RUNS SMALL and cannot be worn. You better be sure of size and style because you will be out of luck if you have to return or exchange! Horrible company!!

If I could give the a minus 10 I would ! I can’t even get In touch with anyone ! You can’t call them or they never answer your emails! Horrible ! I bought my grandson a pair that was to small . I ordered the correct size and when I went to return the original pair it says it’s non returnable! I will Never order from them again

I DONT EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEM A 1. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. I never received one pair and the other is the wrong size. I received an automated message saying they were shipped separately. I waiting 3 weeks and still nothing. Sat with my cell phone on hold 3 separate times , Funny, first it says you are 20 in line , after a half hour you are ten, then it says please hold as we find someone to help you. At the hour mark it disconnects. Horrible fake customer service. I am filing a dispute with Paypal

I can't get a hold of company

I can't get a hold of company. I have sent several emails and they have a phone system which requires a code and they won't send me a code. The shoes I purchased are too small and I need to exchange them. I can't exchange them because I can't get a hold of them.
Update: I was finally able to exchange the shoes. They did finally respond to my emails a week later and there was a link to get a return started using your phone number instead of your order number which was not on my confirmation. Still not happy with customer service. If you want to talk to a real person, it won't happen.

NO Customer Service (0 stars!)

Where is customer service? There is no phone number, website says you can chat but there’s no chat function that I can find. I have emailed twice with no response so I’ve now tried FB messenger but got an auto reply which says don’t message them more than once which tells me they’re not going to reply to that either. I ordered shoes as gifts for Christmas and need to exchange for different sizes but website won’t allow me to exchange. I ordered through their website directly instead of Amazon because I try to do so whenever possible, but never again. Amazon returns are easy. My husband loves Hey Dude shoes but we won’t be buying again if they don’t make this right. Based on other reviews I have read below, I am not hopeful. But in the event they do make this right, I will update my review.

I would give their customer service zero stars if I could

I ordered some shoes for my grandson 11/2/2022. I noticed an error in the delivery address and contacted them immediately. It took about a month for them to respond and they said they would ship the shoes to the correct address. The shoes never arrived and now I can't get any response at all. My grandson has probably outgrown those shoes by now and I out the money I spent. Terrible, terrible customer service. The worst I've ever dealt with. BEWARE!!!!!

Never received my shoes

Purchased shoes in December 9 and was told I’d receive them 3-7 business days. I can’t find a telephone number for customer service. I emailed them and messaged through Facebook. I never get a response. I think this company is rotten and doesn’t care about their customers.

Can someone give me a customer service…

Can someone give me a customer service telephone number? I order two pairs of shoes for Christmas presents. One is the wrong size and when I entered information to return, it states they can't be returned. They were on sale but it did not specify they were non returnable! I just want to be able to exchange. I sent two emails and have not heard back from anyone! Very disappointed!

THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS

I regularly buy hey dudes for my kids, but recently had an issue that split the material to the whole length of the shoe and shared this with Customer Service and they responded with:
"We offer a Limited Warranty on all items purchased directly from our website. This Limited Warranty starts on the date of the purchase and lasts for 60 days.
At this time, it appears your order is past the 60 day warranty period and is no longer covered under our Warranty Policy."
Basically, I'm stuck throwing the pair away. My son had these for just about 8 months but only noticed it recently. THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS.

I would like to update my recent…

I would like to update my recent complaint against Hey Dude Shoes. They eventually came through for me and shipped me the correct size shoe! They came in time to give as a Christmas gift, which was originally intended. Unfortunately it took writing a bad review to get their attention. They did make things right so I gave them more business! Thank you for straightening it out!

Customer Service is nonexistent

Customer Service is nonexistent. The website indicated that returns were easy and so I ordered two different sizes to make sure that one would fit. When I went to return one of the pairs, HeyDude customer service completely disappeared.

Beware of customer service

Like many people have mentioned, I am dissatisfied with the customer services. They are not helpful, so make
sure if you order a pair you get the correct size the first time. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for Christmas as gifts. One pair I got correctly while the other was wrong. I shop early for Christmas to maintain my budget. Keep in mind the shoes have never been worn. HeyDudes refuse to exchange the same pair of shoes for a size up. In my opinion, this is not only wasteful but disheartening to have to find another gift (I refuse to give them anymore of my money, so I will not be purchasing another pair).

Disappointed with customer service!

I ordered a pair of Wally’s for my husband on Black Friday. I ordered a size 11 and received a size 10. I tried to exchange them but the site would only let me exchange with a full priced item. I have tried multiple times to contact customer service and haven’t received any response from them. However I do receive several emails to buy more shoes. Very disappointed in this company, if this is how they treat their customers then we will not be purchasing any more of them, and we have several pairs.

Ordered shoes Dec 3rd.Label created with DHL. It’s now the 16th and they haven’t moved. No response from customer service but boy they send a ton of emails trying to get you to order. I have since ordered elsewhere and just want a refund. No phone number and my emails have been ignored. They should stop taking orders they cannot fulfill

I wish I had read these reviews before…

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this company. I placed an order for sneakers and got shipping emails in a timely manner. However, what I received is not what I ordered (wrong size, wrong style—they are slipper, wrong everything.) I have tried all avenues to get a response from Customer Service to no avail. I purchased via PayPal and opened a case against them only to be told by PayPal to “work it out with the vendor”. How does one do that when the vendor does NOT RESPOND? I will be escalating this with PayPal shortly if there is continued silence on the part of Hey Dude.
