The pads are a brilliant product. Due to the make up of the pads Ive found reduced irritation so now if I run out and need to buy another make the irritation returns.
Plenty absorption so the product works great for me.
I order mine through the free period products scheme in Scotland. Unfortunately it can take the company 12 weeks to send them out. I’ve emailed in the past and told that’s just the way it is yet on one occasion I received my supply within 3 days.
Unable to go to some of the pick up points so home delivery is a brilliant idea.
The whole idea of the product and the service makes so much sense but why on earth does it take up to 12 weeks to receive them. I’ve checked with the council and they have done their bit with the form being sent to the company so why the delay?
Dreading the irritation from having to use another product as Hey Girls really produce a brilliant product.

Love all their products, have been using for over 3 years now. Period pants are my go to, but I've also tried out a cup and reusable pads, which were good too. As long as you take care of your stuff (rinse before machine washing!! and make sure you've got the right rating for your flow), they'll save you a lot of money and discomfort, and the environment a lot of single use plastic.

Such an inspiring company. The products are really high quality. I purchased the cup and sterilising pot, which I have used for a couple of cycles I have no compliants

I took it upon myself to actually email the company myself to say these pants are the best invention for females yet! Can just go about your day at ease, no worries no fuss at all! Rinse, wash and dry! Amazing for new starters too to feel less embarrassed and have security while getting used to periods. Absolutely fantastic

I absolutely love the Hey Girls pads. I bought them to use post-partum in 2022 and carried on using them for every period having previously not been a fan of pads. I have two days where my period is extremely heavy and the pads just soak up everything and make it disappear, they're incredible and super comfy and easy to care for.
I've been meaning to write a review since I bought them because every month I'm grateful for them :)

It's the second lot of stuff I have had from them and the products are just not easy to use. Tampons don't push up out of the inserter. So there you are tampon tube inserted and your ready to push the tampon up and into the vagina for you to be catching hair and skin trying to get the tampon to leave the applicator. Worst period products I have ever used in my whole 36 years of being on this rock

I've been buying from HeyGirls since 2019. I always purchase the plant-base applicator tampons in super and regular. They work great, are organic cotton, and have biodegradable applicators. It's also wonderful that they give a box to someone who needs it. Shipping is quick, and I've never had any problems with the company. Thanks for all you do, HeyGirls.

I found out about this company through my work which recently started to provide them in our bathrooms (amazing!!) I found the pads great quality plus, Hey Girls has such an amazing mission too! Great tampons, l was using a different make of plant based applicator tampons but they became really hard to find to buy in the UK. When l saw hey girls l was really pleased especially as they are uk based, so not going to become unavailable. Happy to have found them

I used a couple free pads from my uni by this company thought they were amazing. So I ordered 4 boxes and they are totally different to the free ones. Nowhere near as nice ! I've contacted them via email 3? 4 ? Times asking if this is a mistake or a new design... no reply.... I contacted them via Instagram dm 3? 4? Times.... no reply.

Such an amazing company I'm on very low income and I'm so greatful they donate 💖

I've been wearing hey girls pants now for over a year. They have been an absolute game changer. Wash well, look cool and get the job done unlike some others I've tried. Not to mention the mission is making a difference towards ending period poverty. Win, win. 5*plus!

I have used hey girls tampons twice and twice I’ve leaked. Super tampons are not super. Wouldn’t recommend, very dissatisfied. Review on my husband account as I’ve locked myself out my emails. Thank you

I'm writing a review on here because they censor all reviews on their website to keep everything positive.
I bought a menstrual cup from this company and I wanted to love it because I love their tampons.
Insertion was remarkably easy. As another review has mentioned it, removing it was the hard part. I wouldn't recommend this cup to anyone with an even remotely high cervix. Even when I placed the cup as low as I could, the strong suction would make it migrate upwards during the day. Just to even reach the tip I had to push very hard, which I know studies have said increases your risk of prolapse but there was no other way to get it out. Even when I could eventually pinch the bottom, I would not feel the suction release because the cup is so firm. Often times pinching would make it travel up further. Even when I finally got a grip on the middle of the cup and pinched, I felt a painful dragging feeling when pulling it out, so maybe I could never really break the suction, and who knows what damage I've done. I emailed their customer service for help and received no reply and I left a review on their website that they were "reviewing" and it was never posted. So pretty shady practice if women can't get the full picture about their menstrual products.
AVOID THE CUP AT ALL COSTS IF YOU HAVE A HIGH CERVIX

I have have mixed feelings. The purchase was very good, the cup and the bag and the packaging look very good and eco, I love the donation side of this as well.
The problem is that I used the cup for the first time and it immediately sucked in so badly that in the end I had to go to A&E to have it taken out. So clearly the pulling out part is too short and too slippery.

I ordered a few period pants to try and was so impressed with how comfortable they were I ordered more. The second order had two missing - I contacted customer services and they shipped out another two immediately. You learn how good a company is by how they respond to customers, and in this case I was very impressed and grateful. The product itself is good, well made, comfortable and does what it needs to do. I've been a washable pad user for years but these are even better, more reliable and more comfortable. I've recommended to all my friends!
