Order not acknowledged.
Ordering was easy however I had to phone them the following day as I didn't receive any confirmation of the order. The person who answered the phone was very polite, he checked that the order had indeed been received and apologised that the confirmation had not been sent. In fact the parcel actually turned up 1/2 hour later. Very pleased with the service all round. Well done Heyner.

Hopeful signs for for it to work
Have not really used for any specific purpose as yet but seems more stable under my test lift. Gives more clearance than my VW one so hopefully will do the job if called for as currently mine catches on the side bars.

I ordered a set of (3) only the fronts fitted
I ordered a set of (3) windscreen wipers for my MG ZS ev. The front ones fitted perfectly, however the rear one would not fit, despite having six adapters.

PL Adapter for MG ZS 2018
I bought PL adapter for my wipers which were delivered really quick which was really good. The only downside the adapters were closed and the items being very fragile than a glass to open them one actually broke. Difficult to open breaks in a second. My second attempt buying adapters.

Took a PayPal case to get a refund
Recently purchased a Pedal Max pro foot pump. It broke on first use with the plastic frame snapping and separating from one of the cylinders. I received no reply after emailing and it took raising a PayPal case to get my money back!
