Good quality gear
Only used Heyner about four times over the last couple of years, everything I've had has been really high quality and the windscreen wipers are longer life than other brands, also next day delivery and well packaged.

Wiper Problem Solved
The video, showing how their winter wipers overcame the problem of wipers lifting off the screen on my Volvo 850, was very good & convinced me that this was the solution to the problem. The delivery was within 2-days & wrapped securely. The wipers are now fitted and work superbly. A very good experience with this company.

Quick and easy
Ordered a steering wheel to pedal lock for my car, initially I didn't get the confirmation email, I called the next day as I ordered late in the evening, the person that answered my call confirmed my order then resent me the confirmation email. Got the item as stated in the time frame and so far it's all good.

Replacement adapter blocks
Needed replacement adapters for Heyner hybrid blades which were available for a very good price and shipped for free! Received them within a few days too. Excellent customer service and great wiper blades.
