The best stand for my videos! As a baker I needed something small and reliable and this is it! I can’t wait to begin using it. The lights are great as well! I can take this with me literally anywhere.

Only thing is that I wanted a pink one. I thought that’s what I asked for but I got a white one but I’m not mad, it’s cute and perfect!

Whilst the tripod wasn't exactly what I expected in terms of lighting power and being able to avoid seeing the bottom stand in view when doing top down shots (unless this second part is a user error) - I can tell it's a high quality product and still think I'll enjoy it well

Really easy to use and sturdy.

The Olivia is really a nice device for holding my iPhone 13 Pro and getting great video of me working on my artworks. The iPhone is heavy and it does cause the Olivia to tip forward and so it slants a bit and still photos look wonky. I tried to remedy that effect by placing a shim under its front base but that did not work.
I can live with it as it because the main reason I ordered it was so I can use it for reels on IG and other video. The shipping and packing was great and the directions are easy to use.

Perferkt instrument for my use as a drawing artist, quick delivery and exactly as described in advertisement.

Great product, was a little tricky to slide open at first but i contacted customer service and that was excellent. Got immediate help. The product is solid and better quality yhan i was anticipating

The only reason I’m not rating 5 stars is because it’s so dang hard to slide open! I actually hurt my hand trying to open it. I had to flip it on its side and hang half off the counter to use that to push with rather than my now-very-sore hand. Other than that it’s a great product and holds up very well! I would just suggest some tweaks to make it slide easier.

Stable and easy to set up

Right off the bat, I'd like to say that the customer service for Paparazzo was top notch. It was definitely one of the best customer experience I have received from a company in a long while. Any email queries I sent to the company was replied very promptly, usually on the day itself or the next.

I bought the Olivia and when I started using the product, I had some issues with it as there was a slight tilt to the overhang section when I clamped my phone to record my videos. This caused all the video recordings to be slanted and I had to straighten them post-editing. I emailed the company about this issue and James very kindly offered me an option of a refund or exchange. I chose the latter as I needed a good phone clamp for my work. James very kindly did a test on a new Olivia and sent me pictures and videos to assure me that the slant is not visible in this piece. The replacement piece was delivered promptly to me.

Initially, it did appear that the slant issue in the replacement piece has been resolved. But after 2-3 days of usage, I can see that the slant is coming back slowly. Hence, I have to deduct a star from my rating. I hope that Paparazzo can resolve this issue with the manufacturer. With a good product and good customer service, it will be a perfect combination!

Super happy with my purchase! The Olivia is simply perfect for what I do and really easy to use. Ive been looking for a way to record my art process in a good, functional way for a long time, tried different things, bought different tools, but it has just never worked well. But the Olivia totally change that. As fast as I saw the add for it I thought: "I need that in my life!" And in hand its just as good as it seemed. The price was also great and it arrived pretty fast and very well packed. I could recommend this all day long. Get this, you wont regret it!
