We’re really happy with our Olivia 2. The product is well-made, sturdy, and exactly as described. Delivery was quick and everything was carefully packaged.

What stood out most was the friendly and responsive customer service all our questions were answered promptly, and we felt well taken care of.

All in all, both the product and the service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

This is great ! It took me a while to get it all figured out so that I could broadcast the way I wanted but I love my new phone stand now !

Most phone stands (from my limited experience) are often very clunky, take up a lot of space, and will break if they get knocked over. (I've looking at you, ring lights) As an artist, I've been needing a good phone stand for content creation for a long time and so far, I love the Olivia 2!! Content creation is so much more feasible now and I love how dynamic, compact, and how easy it is too use. I'm excited to see what Paparazzo comes up with next and what kind of updates and improvements they make in the future.

It was confusing at first to get Olivia down in it's 'resting state', but after looking up some youtube video's, I've got it under control. I hope to use this in the future, thank you <3

I love my new Olivia 2.0 and it has been a great addition for filming my content for social media, making things so much easier! Delivery time from the point of purchase was good and communication with the company has been excellent!

The Paparazzo Olivia 2 is my new favorite phone stand to use! It’s so handy and I can’t imagine making content without it anymore! It also arrived relatively fast, so that’s a plus! The only critique I have is that I wish the light lasted a bit longer. As someone who records his art content, I tend to take quite a while to this a piece. So I have to record while the Olivia is charging, which is fine because other than that, it’s truly a great product!

The updates regarding delivery were frequent and my items arrived on time as stated and in good condition. (Packed well and secure).

However when i assembled the 'Olivia' unit and tried charging - the USB C/A Adapter component for Australian power point was flimsy, loose and 'zapped' when i tried to plug in and I felt was unsafe to use.

The team were helpful and organised a refund for the adapter/charger.

The Olivia 2 stand has been great to use for me as a beginner in making content. The other accessories I received with my bundle work well.
Downside is the limited time the charged devises stay charged ... but this seems to be typical of wireless devises.
Overall happy with my purchase and service.

Initially I wrote a less than glowing review on Trustpilot about the Olivia 2 in February when I had issues with the remote out of the box. I found it difficult to pair with my iPhone and then after pairing it didn't activate the video or photo switch to start/stop as anticipated. I had email exchanges with Hey Paparazzo over a period of a month and as time went on the emails were not responded to. I also wish that they had a Trouble Shooting page on their website. To give them their due after the review was published Hey Paparazzo did contact me to try and rectify the situation. After much to-ing and fro-ing they have managed to resolve the issue. It appears that the remote has to be fully charged before it can operate all functions smoothly. Although this sounds basic knowledge and a 'given' one can't tell when the remote is fully charged or not. Anyhow I am pleased to report that it's now working well and so I am rewriting the review to record my experience. Thank you James.

works amazing, the only thing I have to remember is that I have to have my phone stand charging while I film but other than that I'm very happy

Just a great product. Does precisely what you expect it to do. Can't wait to make more hands-free content :)

Charged upon receiving, all appeared to be good. Unfortunately battery on light does not last more than a few minutes, works fine if permanently plugged in to charge, but this is not what was expected and provides constraints for filming. Likewise on the remote… would not suggest to anybody if you have cheaper alternatives, these struggles do not go with the price tag.

The team are very helpful and kind, they are there to answer any questions and to provide support if you are struggling to use the product.

I love their Olivia tripod and the transaction to get it went super smooth. It arrived at my place in a matter of days and it came according to my expectations. Recommended!

Really love the new Olivia 2 phone stand. I'm throwing out my tripods! Easy to use. The weight is great because it's nice and sturdy and holds my heavy iphone. I love it because it sits on your desk and doesn't take up loads of room in my tiny workspace. You can move it about if you wanted to film somewhere different. The pink colour is lovely! I was kept fully up to date with where my order was, from China to the UK and to my door was about 5 days which is brilliant!

Very happy with my Olivia 2.0! It has made creating video content a lot easier for me. It's compact, efficient, sturdy, and super easy to set up. Highly recommend this tool for all content creators.

Have only good things to say about Paparazzo and the Olivia 2.0 I got. It really helps me a lot with documenting my puzzle experiences on instagram. Great service from the company. Quick response with answering questions and fast shipping. Highly recommend!
