Stay away

Stay far away from this shop!

Ordered a chessboard, it arrived broken. The material is a horrible quality particleboard plate and the screw that was used was super short. I contacted the customer service and they were super rude. They refer to laws about having 1 month to fix it. It is almost a month since I ordered it now, I have it lying around in the original box still because for some reason they want the broken item back before sending a new one and they still haven't done anything.

I gave them several offers on how this could be fixed like partial refund so that I could fix it myself, but they chose to be rude and not do anything at all.
