The best communication I've received…
The best communication I've received from a courier company. They must have a system where all components are linked so there is a fluid and up to date response/advise.
Courier arrived promptly was friendly and patient whilst we got another pair of helping hands to complete the job. Will use again.

Terrible
Missed collection First time and didn’t notify me. When they finally bothered to turn up a week later, the driver was rude and unhelpful. Definitely one to avoid.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Book and pay in advance and twice now they have cancelled due to van breaking down. They also turn up at times that have not been agreed then when nobody is home they leave without collecting the item then blame you for nobody being home. There's no give an take, they don't realise that people are at work and they can't just turn up to collect something at what ever time suits them. Really bad customer service very very rude. They also don't realise that sometimes your living and income depends on them collecting items but it's OK for them to cancel and not offer an alternative all they care about is themselves. Use another company is my advice.

Terrible experience with this company. Had to cancel a job as one of their customer service representatives was rude and unhelpful on the phone. Then they sent countless insulting emails to follow up. Very upsetting and unprofessional

Hassle Free Logistics live up to their name!
I was delighted with the service given by Hassle Free Logistics Ltd, to transport a single small armchair from the North of England to South Wales. As soon as I selected their service everything ran like clockwork and I was kept well informed throughout. They collected and delivered when they said they would, took good care of the chair, and all for a very reasonable price. They really lived up to their name. Thank you!

Can’t fault this Company at all! certainly recommend after my experience, collected from my seller within the designated time slot, emailed me to inform item was collected ,It was picked up from Essex on Friday delivered to North Yorkshire on the following Wednesday. Texted me 20 minutes before driver arrived .Answered my emails promptly and kept me informed at all times. Driver was polite and courteous, whole process through SHIPLY. Will use HFL again.

According to our records and the photos taken at the time of collection and delivery, the item was delivered in the same condition it was collected. While we take special care with all items in transit and acknowledge that accidents can happen, we believe this was not the case here. Our damage rate is 0.01% per year, and we are proud to have maintained this rate for the last four years.

Update: as mentioned in the reply to this review, I received an email update and things are back on track. Updating my review to reflect this.
I've had a few deliveries with absolutely no issues, but the latest one has been a real pain.
Collection occured 25th May. The driver arrived 1 hour before the arranged collection timeslot, which meant we weren't ready for the collection.
It's been nearly 2 weeks now, and I've not been able to get confirmation of a delivery date. When I call the phone isn't answered, and I don't get replies to my voicemails. I haven't had replies to the emails I've sent. So, I have no idea when my delivery will arrive.
In the past the service I've recieved has been great, but this time it has been very bad. Hence the 3* reviews.

Unreliable and damaged chair
Picked up Wednesday and meant to be delivered Friday. Didn’t happen. Then following Wednesday slot - didn’t happen. Absolutely no communication and kept asking what was happening. Eventually got an email saying Thursday - no apology. Arrived damaged. Worst service ever.

According to our records, the service was booked with you on May 19, and it was your specific request for the chairs to be collected after May 29 (10 days later), which obviously caused a significant delay for your customer. Our system shows that you were informed at every step of the logistics process via text and email, so claiming there was no communication is simply not accurate. We have a 100% response rate across all UK courier platforms. There were no issues raised upon delivery to your customer, and this is the first time we are hearing about this problem.
We are proud to maintain high positive feedback on Google and Trustpilot, but we understand that some customers may remain dissatisfied despite our best efforts. No hard feelings, but perhaps you could read the positive comments left by over 16,000 other customers to realize that we are a customer-focused company and always here to help.

First time and would definitely use again
This was the first time I used Shiply to book a pick up so I was a little nervous tbh ! I don't envy the juggling the companies must have to do to keep everyone happy and make money. Hassle Free were mid range in price, one of the first to respond and relatively new to Shiply so I wanted to give them some support. The sellers commented on the 'nice man' who collected my chair. I don't know if it was the same 'nice man' that delivered it to me but he was and he brought it in the house which was kind. Communication was good throughout (and I'm thrilled with my chair) so I would highly recommend Hassle Free Logistics.
