A great service and value for money
A great service. Very good value for money and excellent communication. Pick up and delivery straightforward - a one man van service for us. The delivery took 24 hours longer than originally quoted but it was easily communicated and no issue for us. We will use again,

Friendly, trustworthy service. I used the company for the first time a couple of weeks ago and they were great value for money and the communication was excellent. My restored piece of furniture arrived safely with my customer, who was very happy with the service also.

Everything went as it was proposed and it wasn't too expensive, my goods arrived on time and undamaged delivered by a courteous driver and even the dispatcher said their representative was "a good guy".

Cancelled the day before
I booked a pickup through Shiply from an auction house and agreed a day of pickup. Only the day before the pickup Hassle Free Logistics caused a great deal of Hassle by cancelling the job since they could not actually be there during the business hours of the auction house which had been communicated prior. Spare yourself the trouble and don't use them.

Dear Nills, We clearly stated in our contract "Unless we agreed beforehand, our service will not follow any specific date or time based on your instructions for collection/delivery."You booked a service with us and a day before collection you mentioned that the opening hours of the auction house are only between 09:00 and 15:00. If you had informed us about the time slot restrictions prior to booking you would not have been wasting your and our valuable time. Please do not blame the courier for giving misleading information

I could have walked there quicker!
Reply to your reply. It was NOT clearly stated that it would take a week!!! You asked me to confirm that you would be in the area to pick up, you then told me to accept the quote and pay a deposit, then you would confirm delivery. When the driver picked it up, I asked again when it would be delivered and he stated 'tomorrow or the day after'. At no point was I told or offered an 'express' delivery! And doubtless if you had, it would then have been even more expensive, and I would be hog tied having already paid a deposit! You are NOT clear in the services you offer, at all.
So far they have had my item nearly a week, a large (light) item. I have kept the buyer up to date on its potential arrival. I say potential, as they may deliver it to him Monday or Tuesday next week. Paying £60+ ... others put in a bid for a lower/same price, with delivery within 48 hours. If i had known they would take so long, I would have chosen someone else. Now its looking like I will be also docked money by eBay as its taking so long! Never again.

Your item was collected on August 8 and will be delivered on Tuesday, August 15 which is within the time frame agreed and exsactly wehat you booked. We are noy sure why you are disapointed , but for a future referance if you need faster delivery wee strongly recommend that you booked an EXPRESS delivery( delivery within 72 hours) if you need your item urgently

No communication from the company
No communication from the company, with regard to delivery of furniture, as agreed. Collection was successful on the Tuesday, with delivery to arrive on the Thursday.
It was only highlighted to 'a technical issue' their end, that our delivery would be delayed by a day, and we would not receive it until the Friday! We are extremely disappointed with their response, and feeble excuse, and do not believe the reasons they have given. Communication ahead would've been accepted, but the lack of response has left us with doubt.
12/08/23 (update)
It was agreed by you initially that delivery would be on Thursday, 10th August. At no time before our message to you on 9th August, did we receive communication from you to say there was a problem, other that there was a technical issue with your van. Not only was a day wasted because of failed delivery, you're making out that we're in the wrong. We weren't aware that there was a problem.
