Extremely disappointing service
Extremely disappointing service. They damaged my furniture and took no responsibility for it whatsoever when I reached out to them. My furniture was in pristine condition when it left me, I had wrapped it extremely well and when it arrived to my client it had dents and paint around the dents missing it looks very much like something heavy has been dropped or pushed on top of it. They suggested it had happened because it was freshly painted when in fact it had been painted 6 months before and as far as I’m aware fresh paint doesn’t cause dents but this wasn’t the case anyway it has clearly happened in transit.

Dear Kerry The photos taken upon collection and delivery show that the item was delivered intact and the package is not torn which creates the presumtion that the item is damaged after delivery or before collection. The consigment note signed by the recipoiemnt upon deliery also shows no comments of dammge. We are unable to confirm that any damage occure during the transit

Communication was excellent, pick up and delivery very prompt, they also liaised with Auction House. Driver was also extremely helpful and pleasant.

Absolutely brilliant
Communication was brilliant and they kept me updated every step of the way and my package was collected and delivered exactly on time. It arrived in perfect condition and the driver was extremely polite and seemed happy! What more can you ask for? Highly recommended and would definitely use Hassle Free Logistics again without hesitation.

Very good service - exceptional comms throughout
Have used these guys twice in the last couple of weeks
Compared to others I have used found that their communications and system that they have with their website much better than most - lots of email/text updates re pick up and drop off times - website portal also good to check details/progress of order.
Each time messages were sent to the vendor and myself prior to pick up - with text messages advising when delivery van is near.
Both items arrived in safe condition - lots of wrapping and straps in van keeping things in place when in transit.
Overall a very good service and would not hesitate to recommend

Excellent, inexpensive service.
Wanted to buy 4 dining chairs from 240 miles away. Looked at ‘Shiply’ and had a quote from ‘No Hassle’ which I thought was excellent. The chairs were collected on Monday and delivered on Saturday. Can not fault that. Excellent.

Do not use! Our eBay seller decided to use this cowboy company to collect a damaged washing machine (previously damaged on delivery from another delivery driver). The delivery driver ended up dragging the machine on our wooden floor in the hallway on collection and took a chunk out of our floor!
It had already been agreed in messages that I would not be able to help the driver lift the machine. They still agreed to the pick-up and agreed to lift it over the front door frame. On causing the damage the driver told us he didn't have insurance, he jumped in his van and drove off cancelling the pick-up!
The company have since been very aggressive telling me to admit I dropped the washing machine myself – I didn't even lift it. They have said they take no responsibility. I have since reported them to Trading Standards due them being incredibly unprofessional. Even their website is cowboy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

You have been informed in advance that we need additional assistance for loading as the service is booked as "one man in a van". You agreed to prepare the item at the doorstep or the driveway - the item was found in the hallway. You tried to help the driver- obviously, the driver was unable to lift it on his own and you were unable to help - so you should not even try and damage your floor and after that, you blame the driver. As you may search around you will find out that based on all reviews we have we keep our rating very high which confirms the quality of the service we provide. Of course, once in a while, we meet customers like you who just write negative feedback just to ruin the reputation of the company but we still have 10000 customers behind who are very happy with the standards and quality of the service we provide and keep using our company as a return and business customers

Poor service, wouldn’t recommend anyone
Delivery booked on 25th July and received the item on 4th August, where as it was booked to be delivered within a week. The item was scratched and a lot of stains were on it that was put on their depot. When collected it was in immaculate condition. Regret booking their services as item was not received in good condition. The delivery man was rude and on asking him if there were any place to write any complaint before signing the consignment he simply said that’s not his problem, I had to contact their office. I have photos of the item both before collection and on delivery, showing the difference.

Very efficient but damaged item
Hassle Free Logistics were reasonable priced, picked up the item quickly and delivered it promptly. However, my item, which was an antique oak desk, arrived with a huge gouge out of the front which was not on the picture they sent when they picked it up- meaning it happened in transit. They warned items could be damages so it’s partially my fault for not paying to have it bubble-wrapped, but such significant damage means I can only give them 2 stars for what was otherwise great service.
