Good product... when you finally get your hands on it.

It took over two months to receive my order and took a few times following up. The company need to work on their customer service quality, communications and shipping timeframes.

The actual product itself though is great.

I have ordered my gear and not received it and its been over a month and I'm in the same country. they say to allow up to 5 days to get a reply back from their support email. That is absolutely ridiculous wait time for a business. This keeps up they will fail

Great gear. The LT is super cool. Was a bit of a wait but honestly really good product.

Placed my order in February and it still hasn't been shipped (now April). Company only responded to my messages once after sending multiple messages, blaming the shipping company for not scanning the order. Contacted the shipping company and they confirmed they don't have the order. Based on the other reviews here, I trust what the shipping company says. Still waiting for the company to respond.

Update: Finally got my order. Beautiful equipment, had a great workout with it already. It's too bad that customer service and shipping is horrendous.

Really poor communication. No response from their support email when you seek updates. Their shipping times are highly inaccurate. Still waiting for 2 products that I ordered a month ago yet the website indicates 7-10 days lead time before shipping. There's no customer oriented ownership of your order and any issues that are impacting it. Very disappointed overall as most online businesses provide timely responses.

These guys are absolute legends. Not only is the gear innovative and tailored to the needs of performance athletes, but also great for anyone looking to improve their quality of life/body’s function! Couldn’t be a nicer group of blokes to go through either. Wouldn’t recommend anything else!

Ordered back in early January 2024 and still haven’t received my order it has been nearly 4 months , I was so looking forward to using the gear to help with my nerve damage recovery in my lower legs , was happy to invest but now I think I will just ask for my money back as getting no response back now even asked if I could drive up to pick up order as they are based on the Gold Coast, UPDATE order delivered now in April , have used for a week Great product HGG just need to work on delivery expectations and communication , changed from 1 to 3 stars

I cannot express how much I love my TIB BAR! It helped my short run and long runs tremendously. I bought the TIB BAR from HGG, few years back and every day , I thought it was not an improvement factor until, I realized the more I incorporate into my daily workouts , better I have become with long runs and less injuries then prior. As I mentioned I bought few year and still the best thing I have in my tools to better my run gains. Love this this company and the interaction they have with their customers. 🤟🏼🏃🏻‍♀️

I’ve purchased two of the Iso Tibs for my studio and can’t rate them any better. We put a focus on corrective techniques and the ITs give us the variability in exercise prescription and specificity in application we need to address a myriad of scenarios for our client’s. A must have in any coaches toolbox.

It did not take long for another customer to complain about not getting their order, even after your alleged company reshuffle. I see after replying to your negative reviews with the lame excuses you added a few 5 star ones whilst here. If you were serious about fixing up all these complaints from people who have not received their order you should off put a company phone number for people to contact you [but you won't because that is obviously part of your business model for no one to be able to talk to anyone from your company]. My advice to anyone who has not received their order is to contact the office of fair trading Queensland online and lodge a complaint. Thanks Legend.
Thanks for your reply mate amazing as i could not get any replies from all the emails i sent your company asking for information on my order. I wont be emailing you as i had already exhausted that avenue before with no replies and i seem to be getting a response from you on this forum but if you leave a company contact phone number i will be more than happy to call you . My personal experience with your company which seems to be a similar one to that of many others here is that you don't deliver and you don't responds to emails and my advice is still the same to anyone else who has not received their order and that is to contact the office of fair trading Qld . If you cant take an honest review of your company as genuine feedback by a customer Mick only read the fake ones left by your family members, employees and affiliates of HGG. I see you flagged my post for its content but if any reviews should be flagged it is all these 5 star ones that appear in quick succession after a real review. A quick check of HGG facebook page shows that a lot of the names leaving these reviews are affiliated with HGG.

Lost all hope after reading reviews on this site! Two months I have been waiting so far! Nowhere on purchase was it clear that there would be a delay. I needed urgently and was so excited for the products, however after reading all these reviews I have all but given up hope of seeing my products. I guess I will need to start the process of getting a refund. So disappointing.

Just recieved my ISOTIB LT and could not be happier within the first few days my knees already feeling better, highly recommend 🙌👊

I ordered the ISOTIB-LT and received it the other week and I have LOVED using it. I initially purchased it for knee pain due to years of netball but have also found it has massively been helping my hammies and glutes too! Such a versatile product and love being able to adjust the weight. Thanks HGG!

4 Months and still nothing happened or any update.

Just recieved my ISOTIB - LT and could not be happier. The equipment produced by HGG is of the highest standard.

As a long time customer, I am continuously impressed with the level of customer service and couldn’t rate this small company any higher. 10/10

Loving the ISO-tib! I suffer with my ankle after a break when I was younger. It reduces the pain when I use it regularly, strengthening and protecting the joint! Easy to use and is solid 🤙🏼

After having 4 knee reconstructions and not knowing what to do or where to go I found this page following knees over toes fundamentals, I bought iso tib and a few other products and after watching the videos on their socials and implementing it into my training I am finally surfing again.
