Product quality good but needs improvement in their delivery

Their product quality is good and trusted.Problem is that it is their delivery system and communication.After placing the order they had not replied for 15 days about the order after paying the money upfront.Anyone would think they have been scammed.But after sometime I got replied from the sales team and also got the product delivered but it was after a month. If they could improve on this, they would have more customers buying from them and more happy and satisfied customers.

This is an absolutely fraudulent company. I ordered Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Gold Edition from their website. Instead they gave me the base game day one version. This is fraud of the highest order. I hope their company crumbles and these scums eat dirt for the rest of their lives.

I am talking from Pratik (Surat). I had placed order for GD30 game stick on 17th may-2025. The order number is 143998. The order was submitted to me on Friday 23May2025. After that, the game stick did not work, so I called customer care on Saturday 24may2025. So they said that we will pick your game stick on Monday and then complete it and return it to you, but not pickup Monday. Monday passed, Tuesday passed, Wednesday passed, Thursday passed and today Friday. Even though it is Friday, no one has come to pickup the game stick yet. Now we call customer care, they do not received call and no answer. Happy Gaming World only gives false promises, and no one come to pickup and no answer.

They are fraudsters, don't buy from them

UPDATE: I am editing this because they have been calling me to change the review. Since I wrote the review, they have given my money back. But they took money from me based on an "In Stock" mentioned on the website, sat on my money for more than a month and kept lying throughout, and finally tried to upsell. So everything I wrote below holds good.

This is a complete fraud company, do not do business with them. My wife and I ordered an XBox Series X from them on April 10, paid extra for rushed delivery (order number 141446). At the very outset they said the extra rush payment was useless, and applied only after dispatch (none of this was mentioned on the site). They then kept delaying the delivery, and every time we asked, they said 10 days more. Finally, after making us wait for a month and a half, they said a higher (much costlier) version was available. When we refused, they said they will refund because there is no stock. They haven't initiated the refund yet and are now dodging our calls and messages. By the way, the website still shows the product available, which is more fraudulent behavior. Will take legal action if they do not return the money soon, but needed to warn people in the meantime.

Worst after sales service.

I have been trying g to contact hggaming for past 15days.
But no one is responding the calls or messages.
I bought new modded nintendo swith oled from them. My requirements was about 30 pre-installed games of my choice but what I got was nothing like that.
They put the games of their own choice.
Very late dilivery.

Still I was like ki theek hey atlest they'll tell me how to download and install the games in it both that I can do it my self.

But no, after the purchase there is zero response from the.

The worst experience i had till date.
Not the switch is just sitting in the corner of my room.
Cant pay it because there are no games in it that I can play.

This is a big disappointment before…

This is a big disappointment before buying a product. I have ordered R46S with advance amount of 540 (including faster delivery charge) , I have been trying to reach them on WhatsApp for an update but no one give response. I haven't got any shipping details yet. Neither on website not on email. I am now very sceptical about this website , not sure if I will receive the product or not , not sure I will be able to claim the warranty i have opted for. If anyone is reading this from happy gaming world please cancel my order and refund my advance amount. If this is the scenario before getting the product in hand , I am sure there will be more to go.

After 2 calls with the customer care it's been said that I will receive the product by 5th May but after checking the tracking number , it doesn't seem like it will be delivered on this date , it's yet not picked up and today is 5th May. I have been asking cust care to cancel and refund but they are not doing it. This is horrible. I am attaching all screenshots. It's not at all recommended to buy product from this website. I need a refund on my product and cancel my order

I got your reply. As discussed on call please rectify your website information and mention the priority delivery is excluding weekends as you mentioned on call. There are some definite lag from your end
1. No one replies on the WhatsApp number provided. Being a customer i don't care if that person is on holiday or sick. It's your responsibility to get someone to reply on that whatsapp chat. This kind of lag lead to a trust issue.
2. If a customer calling to the customer care number that may be for once , if you are not picking up the call , it's your responsibility to call back in an hour or 2.

I hope this kind of lag should be taken care by the management.
I will wait for my refund and definately will shop next time if all looks good
