I ordered the Ps4 slim 1tb and after a few days, I noticed an issue with it. I immediately contacted HGWorld, and they provided me with the service team’s contact number. At first, when I called, there was no response, which made me feel like I might have been scammed.

Bad service

I ordered a xbox series controller from hg world once , that was through Flipkart and it came in good condition . However , I chose to order from their official site and I ordered a Nintendo switch lite and when I called them the first thing they asked me was why didn't you order the inbuilt with 60+ games so I said that I already had a game . However , I saw reviews before and one of them said that the pre-loaded one was used before and all and had scratches and surely I didn't want to risk it so I didnt order it and ended up cancelling the other order too . But when I called them , they said they won't refund my since I did cod which is why I am disappointed . If you want to order , order at your own risk from these site .

Fake Services

Fake Services, Sent me a trash PS4 controller with tons of scratches and L2 trigger isint even working. Had to buy a new controller because they refused to repair the controller. Updating the review, believe most of the review here are paid reviews, the seller might be focusing on offline service and sales.. online orders are taking ages and still not delivered to me. Tried reaching the contact provided no answer most of the time, no reply over messages. They are maintaining false inventor online even if they don’t have the respective product for which they are accepting only online payments. Complete fraud service online, don’t fall prey to this trap and try buying locally or trusted websites.
I am still following up for my refund but no response as my order is not delivered since 6th Sept 2024
