Sells poor quality goods

I have placed 3 orders with Happy Gaming World over the past year, and unfortunately, I've been dissatisfied with 2 of them. My latest order, received just last week, included an item that is not functioning properly. Despite my continuous efforts over the past five days to contact their support via WhatsApp and phone calls, I have not received any acknowledgment or assistance. Their after-sales support has been notably poor, leaving me with unresolved issues and significant frustration. Overall, my experience with Happy Gaming World has been extremely disappointing.

Customer support is a fraud.

Edit : i got it back after 2 months back.

Wrost company to purchase anything. Their support system is fraud.
My quest 3 stopped working which is in warranty i had raised my request on 28th June it's been 45 days still haven't got it fixed.

They took 8 days to arrange pickup.
2 week checking at their center, then saying it's at meta customer support from last week.

The support person doesn't pick up calls, never call back, no reply what's app & email.

I literally have no idea where my system is, what was wrong with, what they are doing to fix it. After 10 calls the guy picks up & say call next week, surely we will get it delivered. Listening same from last 2 weeks.

The least i ask is to update me & be transparent, i have purchased a 50,000 product & they'd how they treat after sale.

I had heard good about the company but from next a vendor near me is much better than you guys.

Successful replacement

I had ordered 2 consoles. One being a gamebox 11 pro and the other being a R36S. The gamebox wasnt working, hence I had to get it replaced. Although the entire process of pick up and return took a month, it was nevertheless completed successfully. Roop Ojha was really helpful during the entire process. I trust the website now, and intend to order again from there.

I had bought a PS3 earlier from HGWORLD…

I had bought a PS3 earlier from HGWORLD and it is still working smoothly.
I recently bought a PS4 from HGWorld in April 2024, initially it was not working properly but the support staff especially Roop Ojha helped a lot and rectified the issues who had eventually made my experience better. If I was an employer, I would surely give a raise to Roop Ojha.

Very poor after service

Very poor after service, the man handling the phone no of this so called company has very little knowledge about the product. He told me that once the product is delievered, there is no guarantee of the company. All the fancy words they put on their website is just for misguiding innocent people. I purchased gamestick from this site and most of the game are not running, He asked me to search google.So ........ just keep it with u. Think twice before buying anything from hg gaming world

Its all about totally worthless the customer service and their all product are use less they are very rood to answer the customer and they told lie to customer about repairing and no work on really done they told me one week about reparing my xbox but now it had been two and half months seens i have hand it over to them worthless
