Post Sales Service is extremely PAINFUL
Bought a PS5 controller from HG World. After 3 months the controller started drifting left. As the controller was within Warranty period, I contacted HG world Service guy. Couriered the Controller to HG World on 19th October, 23 for replacement. Yesterday was 5th November. I was supposed to receive it by yesterday but still not got it. Now the Service person from HG World says that I will get it by 25th November. That too they are not sure. Does it take 30 days to replace a controller? Facing worst service here. It's easy to purchase but if your product malfunctions, please be ready for the world of pain to get things serviced from HG World.

I bought a brand new PS4 with 16 preloaded games from HG World last year, and I was very happy with the service. They offer a great 'check and buy' option, where we can order the console by just paying 500rs, and the rest can be paid on delivery. I even bought one pre-owned console, and it was excellent. 1. Product was genuine.
2. Delivery was swift.
3. Brand new product with all genuine accesories.
4. Shipped th sqm day of purchase.

6. Price was also cheapest in the online market.
7. Over all extremely happy with the purchase.
One suggestion: Please discuss with the courier partner for improving courier Handling. As the box was damaged at a corner rest inside products were absolutely fine.

Very safe website, I booked my ps vr 2 at 6pm and I got the product delivered to me the next day 11:30am. It was cash on delivery. For 1 day delivery I had to pay extra Rs 500. But totally worth it. They waited till i checked the product and only then I paid. At start I was nervous, but totally a trust worthy experience.
Do shop with HG , they have extra ordinary customer service and trusted website.
