If I could give no stars then that would be too many. Please go elsewhere for your sofas. This company will take your money then lie to you about courier company being incompetent then lie to you about sending your furniture then ignore you. Beware!!! This company should be shut down now before ripping off anyone else.

This company should not be allowed to continue selling furniture, I bought a 2+3 seater sofa set the colour was nothing like the picture showed they sent chrome legs instead of wooden and refused to change them the workmanship is absolutely appalling and it smells horrible, they should be closed down.

This company is absolutely awful, they sent a corner sofa which is nothing like the sofa on their website. The back cushions are all bulky and take up most of the seating area. The corner seating cushion also hangs over the edge of the sofa so it does not fit together correctly, The colour also is nothing like the one on the website They would not accept a return of the sofa even after I offered to pay return postage and would not even change the cushions When delivered the drivers quickly rushed off giving no time to open the sofa packaging to see it. Avoid this company at all costs.

Bought an L shape Corner grey fabric sofa from HHI Sofa for my sister and she was over the the moon when she seen it no trouble putting it together the delivery was very quick and the delivery man was very helpful.

Joke ! Waiting for my sofa for 2 days sat in now being ignored ! Beware of these absolutely disgusting service

Bought a corner sofa from this company on December 10th via wowcher. Have had no communication at all, not even a confirmation email regarding my payment of nearly £900. I have emailed them twice with no response and clearly no answer from the company mobile number. I wish I researched this a bit better before paying but reasonably assumed that since via wowcher then all is legitimate. I have created a paypal dispute and wowcher have been pretty hopeless too but apparently they have contacted hhi who were supposed to get in touch. No surprise that hasn't happened.. Seems more like a 'one man band' 'off the back of a lorry' job this but even that being the case the service is non existent. Hoping that PayPal provides protection otherwise this is a scam and I will be taking this all the way with wowcher. Really poor avoid avoid avoid!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE MONEY GRABBINH THIEVES. I’ve been waiting for my sofas since the beginning of December, now 1st of January 2022 and I’m still waiting. All they have said is “9-10 days”. Tell me why they don’t answer the phone ever. The number they provide on their website is someone’s mobile number which has iMessage.... very unprofessional and obviously all just one BIG SCAM.

My sofa finally came today, delivery did take much longer than expected and I think communication should be better, anyone who trys to ring you need to be ringing on WhatsApp, otherwise really happy with my sofa was a bit tricky putting the legs on as there were no holes so had to improvise, but the quality of the sofa is beautiful

Took my order and payment then rang with a delivery date.

No delivery came. Not answering calls not answering emails..... now Paypal trying to get the money back!! Disgusting company.DONT USE THEM. SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN.

Here within a week. Driver helped us right into the house. Great value for money.
