Not yet fitted although I’m sure that will be easy, but they appear to be well made and another reasonably priced item from Hiatt.

fairly easy to fit, holes in door have to fairly precise to match the lock. can be a little stiff to operate but this is due to the lock mechanism, otherwise good product.

There is no bolt with this to enable it to lock. Can't find one to order, but there should be a link which directs you to it automatically. Haven't bothered fitting it!

Reply from Hiatt Hardware (UK) Limited
Hi Kate,
Thank you for your feedback.
As per our website description and image this listing is for a thumbturn and release only.
The item is sold without a bolt as some customers are only replacing this part and not the bolt too.
Furthermore, we do have available t order thumbturns complete with a bolt, please see product codes: 9006SN and 9006PC.
Finally, we have taken on board your valuable feedback and the dead bolt can now be found under "related products" on the thumbturn listing, product code: 183DB.
I trust this helps.
Kind Regards,
Team Hiatt
