The square drive is slightly too large to fit exiting door latch. Able to use existing square drive. Very good quality and everything needed supplied.

It looks very good - just what I wanted. I gave it four stars rather than five because the locking lever needed pushing into place before it would work properly. Once I worked out what the problem was, and that was done, it was perfect!
Good excellent

This handle with hole for a privacy lock to fit through it is the wrong size - the hole in the handle does not line up with where the lock needs to be - a complete waste of money and if I could give this product zero I would but I had to pick a star rating - very disappointing

Hello,
We are sorry to hear that you are not pleased with the purchase of Hiatt Hardware Door Handle. Can we check if the hole distance between the spindle hole of the lever and spindle hole of the bathroom lock is 57mm? If yes, you need Bathroom Lock door handle rather than Privacy style door handle. Thank you.
This was the second time I've purchased this type of door handle. They were replacement for our old ones and were the closest size match I could find on the Internet. They are well made and look good all around very satisfied 👍😊

The Door handle arrived on time. It was very easy to install, I would recommend buying the mortice lock with it. High quality handle as illustrated on the web page. Excellent service, highly recommended! Thank you.
