DO NOT USE! This is just a scam.
Not as advertised, the quality is poor with dead or damaged bouquets. And the customer service is basically non existent. They just want to take your money.

The customer service was abysmal! The order was late and when I enquired about it, they ghosted me for several days. I had a bad feeling about this so I made alternative arrangements and requested a refund. They were quick to reply then when it was about money to tell me I cannot get a refund, AND was told not to worry because they always deliver on time. The audacity! I felt like this was a bad joke.

I eventually got my order after the and the quality was bad, and some items not as advertised! There were damages to the bouquet, branches looking dead, spots on flowers, flattened flowers and greenery, the whole thing was a mess. To top it all off the "dried only" products I chose, well the accessories came with fake flowers so that was also false advertising.

When I complained about the quality, they never actually acknowledged the issues I raised. They just sent me some template like email reply, probably automated, just telling me my return/refund options. The restocking fee is not even legal since the product is not personalised and they are in breach of contract since they didn't deliver what they advertised.
But again when I expressed I would like a full refund for the reasons listed above, no reply!

I had already made a chargeback request with my bank when I thought I'd never receive the order. And of course they reached out when the bank contacted them about it but they seem to know nothing about the many emails and complaints I had already made. I told them to check their emails and that I stand by it, and guess what. No reply again.

They might as well stop reaching out to people if they don't want to have a conversation and never intend to reply. I was just left to talk to myself.

They're not up to the task and will disappoint so many more brides during such stressful time to plan a wedding! What a cruel "business"!

Absolutely abysmal. The boutonnieres were nothing like what was pictured. Instead of the multiflowered arrangement I'd ordered, I received one cheap-looking pink stem hot glued to two green leaves. They later tried to dispute that they had been 'custom made' to suit my bouquet... Yet the entire order had been ordered from the same page based on the photos they displayed.

The bridal bouquet was laughable. I ordered a cascade bouquet, which it most certainly was not and arrived with wires poking out and covered in glue. Bridesmaids bouquets were much the same, completely not the flowers we had ordered, covered in glue, mould in places (these were artificial bouquets).

Ordered a wrist corsage but arrived with snapped ribbon rendering it useless. It was stated I would receive 40 free stems that we were planning to use for our cake. We received 12, most of which was mouldy greenery. Their response was "the free loose stems provided are based on dried flowers—since artificial flowers are more costly, fewer are included", despite my order clearly stating 40.

After receiving false tracking twice, I was so eager to receive me overdue order, and when it came I just cried. Contacted support immediately with photos, who advised they could not refund and that I had to send back at my own cost for them to judge if I could be refunded. Company enforces illegal handmade % fees that they try to retain on return.

Do not touch with a barge pole, absolute scam artists who left me without flowers for my wedding.

DO NOT USE. I saw a lot of mixed reviews and I can assure you that the positive ones are being paid for.

If I could give this no stars I would. This company is a scam, do not purchase. I received my order..first of all the box was completely smashed in. It was not labeled fragile or handle with care.

None of the pieces look like they do online. Online they look beautiful and bohemian. In person they look like literal garbage, like garden trimmings. They also have this blue dye on them that comes off on my hands.

I can’t use these for my wedding and now I have to figure out something else last minute.

I asked for a refund and they said my only choices are to pay for return shipping and either 1) get 100% store credit or 2) get a 70% refund…. They keep the 30% as a “restocking” fee… which is laughable cause the only place these are going is in the trash.

Absolutely unacceptable business practice. False advertisement and then they get to keep their 30% once you realize it….

My wedding in 2 MONTHS. I do not need to be dealing with this. I ordered them August 2024, and now I’m scrambling to book a florist. I haven’t received my 70% refund yet, we’ll see if they even follow through on that or if it magically disappears.

Worst experience I’ve had with any company.

I ordered dried bouquets for my bridesmaids, as I thought it would be a nice, sustainable option and keepsake.
Sadly I was very disappointed with what I received. Lots of the flowers had fallen off - some were just stalks with no flowers, and some bits had been painted (this was not mentioned on the website) and had big lumps of dried paint on them.
The biggest red flag with this company is their unlawful returns policy. From giving 7 days for returns (legally they must give 14) to charging a 'restocking fee' of 30% (legally they must refund the full amount unless a custom order or the customer has damaged it).
I am in the process of returning and so far they have been ok in terms of communications. I will update this review if required when my return is resolved (or otherwise!)

Made a small order 2 weeks ago with a delivery charge almost as much as the product. Still not here and no explanation. Get the feeling nobody cares in the slightest.

I had a really poor experience with this company. I ordered a £70 bouquet of dried wedding flowers. What arrives was completely different to the pictures advertised. It was much smaller, the stems were different, it looked like a pile of straw. I took photos and asked for a refund, after emails back and forth they finally told me how to request a refund upon which they informed me they would charge me a 30% fee for re-stocking my flowers!! Absolutely shocking considering the state of what they sent me.

Didn’t fulfil order, took ages to refund and did so in 2 transactions, never answered the phone or replied to emails. Awful.

Stunning Christmas wedding flowers! Hidden botanics were professional from start to finish, even sent pics of my flowers being made! I ordered them early and they were sent at exact time specified. Could not recommend them anymore and because they were dried, they are now in a vase as a gorgeous reminder of our day x Thank you so much

I wish I read these reviews prior to ordering.
The flowers received have turned up looking really sad and limp. When asking for a refund all you receive is a flat out no and the basis of this is during your order you receive an email of them being packaged up, without any context. Word of caution - when you receive this email take it as a contract that you must like and accept them otherwise Hiddenbotanics will keep all your money! No messaging is included along with these images, nor will they follow the T&Cs stated on the website which state refunds are available the only option is exchange....Yey! Swap your terrible limp bouquet for a different colour which won't arrive in time...
Customer service is awful and as others have said very 'computer said no' Given the main audience is for weddings it's really poor that there seems to be no common sense to understand than being hundreds of pounds down in the run up to a wedding is less than ideal and a serious hinderance.
Don't go here. I wish I went directly to a local shop

Ordered and paid for a bridal bouquet in August ahead of my October wedding and was told I could chose delayed shipping in order to have the bouquet arrive nearer my wedding date. The order was supposed to be shipped yesterday, I have tried to call, email, and talk to them on their online chat to no reply. Voice mail only and only bot on chat despite being within business hours yesterday and today. Bearing in mind they state orders take 7 business days to be sent I am now left extremely worried that my dream bouquet I picked out months ago will not arrive in time for my wedding. Unable to get hold of anyone at all and my order still just says 'unfulfilled' on tracking.

EDIT: I have since received my order, however it came in terrible condition, very flat/compacted and small compared to the size guide on the website. Followed instructions given by HB to try to revive it into a better shape with more volume but to no avail due to the brittleness of the dried flowers. Can't walk down the aisle which such a sad bouquet and have had to go to a local florist last minute to save the day. Wouldn't recommended this company at all. Hopefully they enact their "happy bride guarantee" and I receive a refund.

I ordered my bridal bouquets, buttonholes and cake toppers from Hidden Botanics. The designs were beautiful and exactly what I asked for. They arrived in plenty of time. However, some of the preserved leaves ended up staining my wedding dress bright green on the day, despite them being kept dry and stored as instructed. I did email the company to let them know as I wouldn’t want another bride to experience the same however never received a reply.

I really liked the bouquet. The colours were gorgeous. Beautiful flowers, looked real. I was very happy with my bespoke flowers!! Happy bride 😁🤍 Truely grateful and appreciate your service. Thank you!

The only reason why I’m holding off on giving them 5 stars is for seller communication and heavily overpriced. But I’m so glad we managed to straighten out any misunderstanding.

I ordered the a large bridal bouquet of ‘Dried & Artificial Flowers Bridal Bouquet - Lush Green & White‘ and a button hole for me and my husband, included for free was ‘ 10 extra stems’ this cost me around £250. They arrived 2 weeks late (the day of our wedding) thankfully we had made alternative arrangements with our local florist as when they arrived they were awful and nothing like the photo. They looked so cheap and had hints of orange and pink even though they should have been green and white. The bouquet also wasn’t tied tightly so if I had used this as my wedding bouquet they would have fallen apart. The extra stems included were tiny and would only fill maybe one bud vase. I really would not recommend these. Their customer service is awful they don’t answer the phone and they only reply to emails sporadically. They caused us a lot of stress in the lead up to our wedding. If I could add photos to this review I would.

Terrible customer service. Asked us to ship back an incorrect item, stating we could get a refund on postage. Sent them the receipt and they offered store credit after a long back and forth.

Having argued that we would not be shopping there again, they refunding the product instead of the shipping, leaving us out of pocket.

Avoid.

A month ago, my mother bought 3 hair clips from Hidden Botanics for my wedding in 3 weeks.
I have only just managed to see them.
I was not happy with them. The leaves were and look artificial and I just wasn’t happy with the look.
I made contact with HB and to cut a long story short they said they will not or can do anything as I didn’t contact them within 7 days of receiving them.
I explained about it being my mum ordering. But still no offer of help!
I mean thanks a lot! It’s only my wedding!

£60 for 3 substandard hair clips…..plus the poor customer.
I would not recommend.

Extremely poor experience.

Ordered flowers for my wedding with plenty of time but paid for 1 day dispatch to make sure. Flowers never dispatched, consistently told not to worry and they would arrive “the next day”. Terrible customer service. Eventually were dispatched with next day delivery but not until we had already had to go out and buy replacement flowers.
Incredibly disappointing and customer service is absolutely shocking - still emailing them regarding the issues and the responses are embarrassing.

I was about to put in my £600+ order in with Hidden Botanics but luckily decided to quickly search for some external reviews (not just the ones they put on their website) and so glad I did.
I was really put off by what I read so put in a trial order of one small bouquet. This arrived late and when I opened the box had a really horrid smell. The flowers, although are okay, they are nothing like the website. It contains lots of cabbage like plants and one rose - not at all the combination or balance shown in the pictures on the site. If this had been my full wedding order I would have been really upset!
I have reported this to Hidden Botanics but after submitting my issues with heavy details the response was ‘please let us know the issues with your order’ so have given up pursuing a refund as from reading reviews they don’t do this anyway!
Please please please order a trial before putting in a large order. I now have time to find a florist to do real flowers and although this is about £300 more expensive, it is worth not having the worry of wondering what will turn up from Hidden Botanics!

Terrible quality and incorrect quantity when the product arrived. I paid for return postage as advised (which I disagree with anyway as the product was not as pictured and also not my full order!), it’s been nearly two months and still no sight of my refund despite chasing up and being promised it last week. So unimpressed.

Appalling customer service and a complete scam. Took ages to arrive, they sent me the wrong product, I requested a replacement as my original product still appeared as ‘in stock’ on the website but was told they didn’t have it; I tried to return the wrong product and I was asked to pay for the return postage myself (which goes against the consumers right act). Emails were not helpful at all and you can tell they’re dealing with complaints on a regular basis but don’t care. I finally agreed to a 50% refund but they did not include the cost of the postage so beware if you agree to a partial refund. This was just for a tester of my wedding flowers so I’m happy I found out how awful they are before spending any significant money. AVOID!!

Lovely items purchased, took a while to come but was well worth the wait. Thank you so much for providing such a special headpiece to complete my look.
