The service up to the point of delivery was fantastic—Debora was incredibly helpful and exceeded our expectations with her floral design.

However, the delivery process was extremely problematic and stressful. Initially, I was assured a specific delivery date for our wedding flowers in Italy, but later found out that only delivery by a particular date could be guaranteed. Despite coordinating with our local wedding planner who went above and beyond to help us receive them at her personal address in Italy, the flowers were stuck in customs. When we flagged this, communication with Hidden Botanics was very poor. We had to take extensive measures to finally receive the flowers just 12 hours before the wedding (without our intervention we absolutely would not have received them. My dad had a contact in customs and then our hotel at the time helped get us direct comms with the courier. Zero help or efforts from Hidden Botanics themselves).

Given the high cost and the company's promise of seamless international shipping, the lack of customer service and accountability was disappointing. After much back and forth, we got a refund on the shipping costs, which feels like the absolute bare minimum considering the time and effort we spent. Would not recommend for international shipping.

Hiddenbotanics helped to bring my dream vision to life! Working with Deborah was amazing. We had constant communication throughout the entire process and she took any and all feedback from me and made those changes. She was able to take my inspiration and wedding colors and made some truly beautiful, stunning pieces.

It is important to realize that they only start making your order at a certain point on their timeline. I ordered way in advance, but upon looking at their website they explain it more there as well.

Fantastic experience with this company. I looked for a while for a dried bouquet for my wedding day, I was going to be using it in the UK then taking it to Italy in hand luggage. I chose my design and i opted for the large bouquet that turned out to be the perfect size for me. I also ordered a flower crown for my daughter and boutonniere for my husband.
I selected the option for fast delivery.
The process was seamless they arrived in the stated time scale, they well really well packaged in a large box with additional tissue to keep them pristine.
When they arrived I was in love from the moment I opened the box, the bouquet is full, well balanced and the correct width. The colours are amazing just as they had appeared on my phone screen and matched my colour scheme perfectly. They did have a natural smell and I chose to scent with perfume but that is optional. The two other pieces I'd ordered were also perfect.
After using them in the UK, I wrapped everything up and into a case they went. Unfortunately I could not pack the box so I only used tissue paper for wrapping. When I arrived in Italy I took them out, re-fluffed the edges and they were just perfect, no damage in transit and looked absolutely stunning for my ceremony out there too. For all they are dried, they are not delicate or fragile. My 4 year old was running around with them above her head and repeatedly took her flower crown on and off and no damage was done to either piece.
I then repacked everything to fly them back to the UK and again once home I unpacked them again and they are as beautiful as the day I received them. If I can upload pictures I will.

I couldn't recommend Hidden Botanics enough! My wedding flowers are stunning, everything I could have hoped for.

I was constantly contacted to make sure I was happy with the progress of my flowers with photos and commentary every step of the way. I didn't expect this from an untraditional wedding florist, but I got it!

Julia was so kind and I could tell she really cared about my big day and has made this process as stress free as possible.

We worked with Georgia for our custom bridal bouquet and centerpieces - I cannot say enough good things about our experience! The final product is breathtaking and perfectly aligns with our vision. She worked really hard to listen to what we wanted and create exactly that. Highly recommend!!

I couldn’t recommend this company enough!

I purchased my wedding flowers through hidden botanics and they made my vision to come to life! They really listened to what I wanted, kept me updated throughout the whole process, and the end result is magical.

Georgia did my flowers and she is just such a lovely person, and more importantly so talented. My bridesmaid is getting married in a couple of years and she is going to use them because she was so impressed by my bouquets.

They look incredibly beautiful and real- and they last forever which makes them even more special.

Absolutely loved my headpiece. It set my wedding look over the edge and was the perfect addition to my bridal look.

One of the worst companies I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with.

We got married in Portugal and had decided we wanted dried flower bouquets and boutonnières. Did a “test order” to our house in the UK which was all fine.
They state in their website that they deliver anywhere and that charges may be applied.

Luckily I placed the order with plenty of time before the wedding.
Firstly, when they sent the order I didn’t get a proper invoice.
Then when my order had been stuck at customs for a while they were so reluctant to give me any information at all. As we hadn’t had an invoice I didn’t know any of the details they had inputted to customs like the email, full address used or anything. It took multiple emails to get a copy of the forms they had filled out- ridiculous.

Then the actual nightmare customs part:
Thanks to Brexit, there are now of course extra checks on goods and restrictions around plant/animal products.
Luckily for us, our lovely friends were in touch with the Portuguese postal system via phone pretty much daily.
Basically, we were told that such goods needed to be inspected before shipment and needed a detailed breakdown of contents: makes sense right so they can know what you’re importing?
Well HiddenBotanics claimed we had to provide such documentation. Which of course makes 0 sense as we had of course never seen the goods.
After some stern emails they eventually relented and provided an pretty crappy itemised breakdown of plants included for us to provided to the Portuguese postal system (with some ridiculous inspection declaration dated weeks after the flowers were originally sent- like customs were gonna be ok with that).
Long story short, customs of course rejected the order and it eventually got returned to hidden botanics.
Clearly due to a lack of documentation on export for their end.

They refused to take responsibility and said they would not offer a refund.
They said we needed to check the country requirements as the ones placing the order.
However, as the ones shipping goods abroad clearly it’s on they to make sure they provide appropriate paperwork.
I’m genuinely astounded that that was their response, I mean what were we meant to do? Contact Portuguese customs in advance and say this company will be sending an order for us, obviously we don’t know exactly what’s in it but trust us it’s fine??
Obviously makes no sense.

They claim to ship anywhere but are not ensuring that their shipment meets legal requirements.
We were prepared for a large customs fee to be paid, as is needed for anything over £35 exported to the EU, but there was nothing we could do about the company not providing the appropriate documentation for their goods to enter the country of receipt.

Absolutely unprofessional company shirking responsibility for the goods that they are themselves exporting and expecting the consumer to take responsibility for things they have never even seen.

We’ve requested a full refund via our credit card company for goods never received.
It’s actually insane to me that a company expects us to pay for good that we never received and were returned to them???

As if wedding planning wasn’t stressful enough this company made it all a nightmare. Luckily I had left enough time to contact a lovely Portuguese company who sorted us out.

Honestly, avoid at all costs: unprofessional and claim to provide services which they clearly cannot.

I had a good experience with HB getting a flower crown and some hair pins for my wedding.
There were a couple of problems along the way but these were not caused by HB, and i can't fault the communication from them and how they offered to resolve them.
Postage was very slow, but I contacted HB and they offered to send a replacement if it didn't arrive within the next 24hrs. Fortunately, it did.
One pin had become damaged in transit, and I was offered a free replacement as well as instructions on how to fix it if I preferred. I followed the instructions and it fixed up no problem.
My items looked absolutely beautiful on the day, and I got a lot of compliments. It was breezy, so I lost a lot of petals in the wind, but the crown still looked full and lovely despite of it because they'd really packed in as many dried flowers as possible.
The yellow flowers were a lovely rich colour, and the variety was great.
I've now ordered some home decor bouquets from HB and look forward to getting them soon!

absolutely shocking service. We ordered our wedding flowers and paid for express shipping. Which gives them 7 days processing time and 1 day shipping. We had a dispatch email from Royal Mail the day before it was due (according to their dates) to arrive. On the email Royal Mail said they hadn't received the parcel yet and it wasn't ready for dispatch. 4 days before my wedding we contact Hidden Botanics and asked them what was going on. We contacted them via email, Facebook and instagram. we received no response until a day later. They agreed that the parcel should have arrived days prior and didn't have an explanation.. they said they were going to resolve it and reassured me they would arrive in time. It came to the day before my wedding and they ignored all messages. I told them to not bother sending out my parcel now because it is too late and wouldn't arrive in time for my wedding the next day. They ignored me.. Later that day I got a dispatch email from Royal Mail saying they were delivering our parcel on the day of my wedding, even though I had told them not to send it out. We received the parcel whilst we were getting married and asked for a refund. they said they take a 30% handmade fee back from all refunds, so we was not even refunded the full amount!!!!

NEVER recommending this company again. absolutely shocking.

One of the flowers I ordered was very different to the picture on the website. I have emailed 5 times over the past 2 weeks about a refund and have been ignored. Extremely bad business.

The design team is a dream!
They took into account my vision and colors and worked carefully to make that come to life, they checked in frequently for my feedback and implemented any changes I wanted, so pleased with how it all turned out!

My dried flowers were absolutely gorgeous and made my special day even more special! My bouquet was stunning, the bridesmaids flowers were out of this world and the boys looked amazing too! The flowers arrived when they were supposed to and smelt lovely. Everything was perfect.

Julia was so great with helping our vision come to life! I felt as if all of our questions and our preferences were considered and any changes we wanted were easily made! The flowers look spectacular and I couldn’t recommend hidden botanics more!!

AVOID!!! Placed my order 11 days before my wedding. Paid extra for 7 day dispatch and 1 day delivery. It’s now a week after my wedding and still haven’t received them. Trying to get a refund has been horrendous. They won’t process a refund until I’ve received the flower crowns, which at this point they clearly haven’t even shipped.

10/10! The entire experience working with Hidden Botanicals was amazing. Their team was great with communication and my needs of my wedding florals, specifically Georgia! She took great care of what I was asking for in good timing manner. Would recommend getting your florals here for any special event!!

They made sure to communicate every step of the way and really listened to what I wanted. They took the inspiration pictures that I sent them and made them come to life. So grateful for their hard work!

I ordered dried flowers in March, for my wedding in May. They arrived in good time but they weren't very good, the colours were awful, very pale and not like the photos. When I enquired about a partial refund, and told them my views, I received an email to say I was outside the review policy and that no refund would be given. No apology. No acknowledgement of my comments. I will NEVER order from this company again. I paid £50 to buy beautiful flowers from a local florist.

Absolutely phenomenal company! They look at every detail you want plus carefully crafting to your personal taste - I have never come across any company that take so much time and care into making your experience perfect. Julia did my florals and she did an absolutely amazing job. I sent her photos of all colours and vibes I like and she created all my wedding flowers/bouquets to utter perfection! Thoroughly listened to any changes and add ons with no question. Cannot thank her and this company enough for making this planning so smooth sailing.

I just wanted to say thanks for our beautiful flowers. They were so vibrant and perfect, we also used them for decorations and button holes for our wedding and everyone commented on it. I ordered a medium size bouquet and was worried it might be too small, but it was perfect. Best of all, they now sit on my mantel piece and I can admire them every day!
