Most spectacular wedding flowers I've ever seen

I received my flowers in good time and with forewarning. However because it's a very stressful time I panicked. So.they sent me the order again. I did go to florist to rejig them as my maid let me down so had them blended. I was unable to order thistle and tartan in my order so had florist add those. Main thing they were spectacular. And in proud display forever in my home. Worth the money absolutely . Claire

Awful DO NOT USE

Never sent my wedding flowers having messaged over and over and they promised they would be delivered and they even pretended to send them the day. Score my wedding so they left me with no bridal party flowers 12 hours before my wedding. Shocking shocking service they should t be allowed to operate

Beautiful bouquets

Bought several beautiful bouquets for my November wedding last year. All flowers arrived in good time, I did rearrange the bouquets and add a few feathers to them, but they were stunning. I've got my bouquet still on display in my house. All my bridesmaids have theirs in their house too.

Bridesmaids bouquet arrived looking totally different

I ordered all my wedding flowers from here. I’ve got to hand it to them, it was an easy process and most of the flowers that arrived were great. My bridesmaids bouquet arrived and looked completely different to the photo. It arrived with hideous giant foam neon green leaves, in the photo it was lovely eucalyptus leaves. When I complained and showed a photo they said ‘that’s just the style of the bouquet’. They then immediately removed that bouquet from their website. They told me I could return it at my own cost to get store credit or they would refund me minus a 30% handmade restocking fee. Considering it was a standard item on their website and not bespoke, not to mention completely different to the bouquet I ordered from the photos - I found this unacceptable. In the end i ordered a bouquet for my bridesmaid elsewhere which was lovely and exactly what I asked for.

Bouquet was beautiful, colours perfect

Ordered a bouquet from their Etsy page for our elopement to Scotland. Flowers arrived and looked lovey both in person and in photos. Because they're a mix of dried and artificial, they smell lovely and can be displayed in our home now that the wedding is done. Will use again for our upcoming celebration party/reception. Communication was always same day and very clear.

Dreadful experience

Dreadful experience. Sent me my order 6 weeks late, and when the order arrived it was just dead flowers - they weren't dry at all! They stank and were literally moulded in the box. It took me five months to get a hold of someone and after back and forth for months they would only offer me half a refund - they said they couldn't offer a whole refund because I didn't send the flowers back - I would have if they didn't take five months to respond, why would I hold on to rotting flowers!? This is quite clearly a case of good marketing and dreadful quality / customer service. AVOID!!! Total scam. They change their company name and email often as to not be tracked. Shocking.

They removed my review

AWFUL
AWFUL. The bouquet fell apart, it stained my hands and wedding dress! Boutenierres were too short wouldnt fit in suit. Emailed enquiring on refund got ignored. Ridiculous.Dont bother with this business. I spent almost £500 and my bouquet stained my wedding dress and has ruined photos, the bouquet fell apart and my grooms boutenierre kept falling out in the ceremony at the alter. The cosages broke and I was told "why didnt you contact us sooner" the day after my wedding. No apology, nothing. Awful company.

Amazing quality and great alternative to fresh flowers

Flowers are absolutely beautiful and smell great. I decided to remove a few flowers and it was easy to do.

Shipping was quick and its a great price-conscience alternative to fresh flowers that will last years!

Customer service was great when I wanted to add some additional boutennieres in the same style as well.

Beautiful preserved and silk flowers

Came across the company via Etsy - where they already had great reviews and lots of examples of their work. I needed a custom piece - within 24 hours the team where able to get back to me help finalise my concept and send me an invoice! I was really suprised that my order was ready to ship in under 24 hours and I recieved it on time. It was carefully and securely packaged and looked just as it was pictured.

Only a couple of flowers..

I ordered a small bouquet for my wedding. I checked the dimensions prior to placing an order, however I didn’t expect that the bouquet will be covered with leaves and only a couple of flowers.

Their return policy is either 100% credit or refund through payment method with the deduction of 30%.

I paid £39 for the flowers + £4.45 delivery fee. I don’t think it’s worth the money, for what I received.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. Not only are the flowers a different colour to those pictured on the site, the company seem incapable of responding in a timely manner. I have been trying for a solution for nearly 2 months and they have made me send my pictures twice and I have had to prompt for replies. My wedding is in under 2 weeks and I fail to see how they are going to remedy this in time. So much for their ‘happy bride guarantee’.

Avoid at all costs

Would avoid this company at all costs. Seems that if everything is fine you’ll have a pleasant enough experience but if you have any sort of issues it’s a very different scenario. I received flowers that were curled up and dead pre-drying within my bouquet. Customer services took on average 2 days to respond when you only have 7 days to return. They admitted fault and offered to send me replacement of the bits that had died, I would have to untie and redo the bouquet myself. When I said this was unacceptable they said I could send it back (shipping to be paid both ways for by me) and a £12 fee for them to re-do it. If I wanted to return completely I paid shipping cost to return and 30% restocking fee - which is ultimately what I had to do. I have raised a claim with my bank.
I wrote this on their Instagram and they blocked me and I see trust pilot have removed ‘fake’ reviews at the organisations request here - I’d hazard a guess they weren’t fake at all.
It’s a stressful time, don’t risk it - terrible product, terrible customer service, no right to a refund even if they’re at fault.

Perfect wedding flowers

I used hidden botanic for my wedding bouquets and button holes. The service was without fault. The ordering via the website is easy and the bundle option is really helpful. The flowers arrived quickly and were packaged carefully and in perfect condition. I contacted the company who gave me advice on how to keep them looking their best. On the day, the flowers were stunning and received so many compliments. I’d recommend hidden botanics many many times over.

Brides - avoid the upset and order elsewhere

I wish I could add photos to this review to show others the awful bouquet I received! It looked nothing like the floral arrangements advertised (I did expect mine to be smaller because I’d ordered a smaller size than those on website).

I had actually taken a few months to pick an arrangement so had looked and looked at the advertised pictures and what I received looked like cauliflower - when I showed my bridal party they couldn’t believe how awful it was especially for the money sent.

I contacted HBW within 30 minutes arrival and they completely ignored my main issue of how awful it looked and containing stems that were dipped in white paint only responding to the lack of care question and telling me I needed to fluff the bouquet out.

I ended up going back a fourth way too many times and having to screenshot their pictures vs my bouquet to show them that it did not resemble the advertisement. Eventually they agreed to send out more stems so we could try to rectify the bouquet. What arrived was marginally better to add to the bouquet but considering I had paid them for their service to create my wedding day bouquet I shouldn’t have had to do this.

The happy bride guarantee is a con. I also believe their reviews on their website to be heavily filtered to only include positive reviews.

Everything I could’ve asked for!

I bought a bouquet to test out for my wedding centerpieces and am absolutely in love! It fits my venues rustic theme perfectly and my color scheme as well! Honestly think it looks even better in person than the pictures! Will be buying in bulk for my reception asap!

Poor quality and a restocking fee ❌

I wanted to write a really honest review for anyone considering buying from Hidden Botanics and are unsure.

Pros:
- delivery times was super quick
- I made an error when ordering and their customer service was really quick to rectify.

Cons:
- the flowers arrived damaged and the button holes in particular, crushed.
- the ribbons we’re loosely tied and falling off.
- there were blonde hairs wrapped around some of the bouquets.
- not of the quality I was expecting from the pictures.

And now for the key con:

- even if they are delivered to you damaged, you still have to pay the restocking fee which is 30% and pay the cost to return within 7 days (which for a large box is costly).

I complained that I didn’t think it was appropriate to be charged for an item that was delivered already damaged. Customer service, while they did reply, took a long time to review and after some emails to chase for a resolution as a ‘gesture of good will’ reduced this to 20%.

If you want flowers quickly and don’t care about the quality, go for it. But be aware, even if they don’t meet the standards you expect for such a costly item, you will loose money.

I personally wish I would have taken the advice of the negative reviews on here and I wouldn’t be out of pocket right now 🙈

Very Happy!

Super easy to order, my flowers are beautiful and can’t wait to use for them for our big day. I paid for express delivery as I was a little on edge that it being a large order it may take longer, I ordered on Wednesday and they arrived today (Friday) which is so much quicker than I expected!

Promised a refund on 7th Dec and have chased several times with no response. They have also blocked me on Instagram after I asked (politely) about it in a comment.
