I ordered a leather carry on bag in February. It’s mid July and I still haven’t received it. They originally told me that it was stuck in Shipping. I subsequently followed up in May and they told me it was back ordered. I asked for a refund and they said they were unable to give me a refund to please be patient. I can’t believe this company is still in business. Do not order from this company. They are a scam.

Don't order from this company. They took my money after an order but I have yet to receive my product. Every day a new delivery date pops up but no delivery. I can't get a response from anyone by email. They are horrible.

Their warranty is non existent. I ordered an expensive leather satchel. It was defective upon arrival. I called, no answer. I emailed, 'no response. I sent correspondence, no response. I sent photos, no response. After nearly a year I gave up. Their product is no as represented and there is absolutely no customer support. I would never purchase from them again.

Company tells me they will replace the colors I originally purchased with better colors. Someone from the company has been telling me for 3 weeks that they are coming. I do not believe that they are!

I love your concealer, foundation and powder. It’s so lightweight, I don’t feel like I have anything on. It also lasted all day and did not cake or flake!

SCAM alert. Took my money and never sent product. I get no response to my email inquiries.

Ordered the product, they charge me and never shipped it. They continue to ignore request for a refund. Buyer beware stay far away from this company. Shady.

I have tried many under eye coverage sticks for my dark circles that I was born with and none have worked. but this cover stick Hide, nailed on the color and coverage 100%, that I have been needing. I don’t like to wear much makeup this is truly perfect. Thank you so much for the Hide concealer.

I love the products I have purchased from them, well once you finally receive them. I have been waiting for 14 business days (2 ½ weeks total) for my order. There is no customer service number to call and inquire about your order, they do not provide a tracking number nor a ship date. When you contact them via email you always get the same response (We want to give an update on your Hide Cosmetics order. I looked this up for you, and it seems that the tracking number has not been uploaded to your order yet, so I went ahead and sent a request to our warehouse to provide us the tracking number for this shipment.

Soon as our fulfillment team uploads your tracking number, you'll receive the tracking information and the shipment should be in transit by now.
Rest assured your order is on its way. We're eager to get you your order!)
and NO follow up or order. This seems to be the normal for them. So buyer beware, if you need makeup, may want to place your order a month or so in advance.

I did not like the foundation. Thinking I can return for refund. Wrong! I returned foundation a week after I received. 7 weeks later still no refund. Do not buy from this company!

I'm 56and have used
many products but HIDE
is the best by far . A little goes a long way and the coverage is great , not heavy and works well on fine lines and wrinkles .

My experience was amazing! I had 2 small hiccups with mt order of their concealer and foundation duo. My order came in missing an item. I emailed and it was corrected promptly. Then, the shade was not right (barely off but enough to notice) and they fixed the shade by me sending in photos of the product and it applied to my skin. They matched the shade I needed and shipped out to me before I even had time to respond to their email (granted, I am slow at getting to all my emails) None the less, the fact I didn't have to argue my point and they didn't play the customer blame game was ALONE worth me definitely ordering from them. I like when a company stands behind their product and also appreciates the value of a customers money and time. Great job HIDE!

I've yet to receive the concealer, but I can say for sure that the foundation and powder ate amazing. I have used many other, well known, expensive brands and their products and HIDE has the best coverage and fish of all!!

TOTAL SCAM-they will take your money and then block you! Do not use!!

Don’t order from them. Their customer service is awful. I ordered a foundation and concealer, just got the foundation and have been going back and forth with them for over a week. The phone number to call them also doesn’t work. A total scam company.

I love this product. At first I thought it was just another gimmick. But I didn't stop i ordered until I could get the right concealer an foundation. I mixed up a couple together to get what I wanted an I was set. If something is wrong they will help you to get the right shade. Love it.

Believe all of the 1-star reviews. Customer service and return policies are abysmal. You have to be 100% sure you have the right shade and product. If not and if you're lucky enough to hear back in a timely manner, they offer a 40% refund (but only if approved) and you pay for shipping, no label or anything...they just tell you where to send it back and ignore your requests for anything that might be of use. Never again. Not so hot, Paris, not so hot.

Customer service is horrible. The product I ordered was too dark. I had to send in two different pics of the product on my skin to orove it was too dark. I finally got an email about what color I needed for a replacement and never received anything. I finally just threw the product away.

The best concealer I hand used hands down to hide dark under eye circles and spot treating here and there. Goes on smoothly, doesn’t cake and doesn’t give me any skin issues as well. I am a costumer for life!
