Consistantly An Excellent Shopping Experience
Excellent shopping experience. I've made half a dozen purchases over the last year from HiFiGo, and all transactions were flawless. HiFiGo uses a world-class Shopify Store, gives timely shipping updates, and responds quickly and completely to all my communications. Recently I ordered the brand new and hard-to-get Dunu SA6 MkII, and it was shipped the next day and arrived in North Carolina, USA, within one week! Other stores are only doing Pre-Order for weeks away. Everything was in perfect condition and as advertised. The exact same thing happened with my orders of the then hard-to-get FiiO KA5 and the Moondrop Blessing 2 Dusk. Thank you HiFiGo.

Amazing site for HiFi purchased likes my passione for hearphones, earphones, dacs and amplifiers. For Europe purchase Is the only one i raccomand, because It saves on taxes and It got fast delivery, only con Is it's out of EU and only 1-2 weeks for a refund, but i never asked One because new Hi-fi products are Crazy impressive.
And discounts are really lovely, even with loyal point rewards, which are good for saving a bit.

Bad Customer Service / Slow Packages
Product ordered on 02.07.23. The courier tried to deliver it but there were some issues with the address that the seller should have fixed by calling the courier (only the seller can do that and not the receiver). I contacted the seller to address the issue and tell them that the package would have not been delivered on time. They refused to help me out because of "language barrier issues" (they're from China). The package was sent back to the seller. I re-ordered the item and the seller refused to upgrade my shipping from slow to fast. This would have been highly appreciated. On this websites the prices are okay, but the customer service is very poor and not much attention is put on the client. Wouldn't recommend - especially considering that you have to wait minimum a month to receive a package to Europe.

Atrocious support
As others have said, don’t expect any form of customer support. They’ll fob you off at any opportunity and will reply to emails at max once per day with a 1 sentence reply that does nothing to help. They try to drag things out on purpose, and play on the “language barrier” sometimes. I have a faulty amplifier and I cannot get any meaningful help, it’s like they’re trying their best to make me give up.

If there was less than one star I would give it to these folks. I ordered two USBC cables. Despite offering the on the site they did not have them in stock and the shipment was delayed pending restrocking. I asked for a refund and they delayed repeatedly responding falsely that I would incur bank charges if they cancelled. They then said they had them in stock and were shipping so they would not cancel and refund. Finally I get the cables and one of the two was a USBA not a usbC. When brought to their attention the offered a partical refund which effectively left me paying for the usbA cable. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FOLKS. They are overseas and think that they can do what they want with your money and your order. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
