I purchased from Hifonix the Nobel REX 5, then the Prestige, and just ordered the Spartacus, and in the next few weeks, hope to purchase the Onyx. Really friendly genuine people to deal with, items in stock, ( Unlike a few other companies!.), and quick delivery. Highly recommended.

I've been to a couple of hifi shops in Nottingham with one being in the centre which I didn't find very good and felt a bit snobby.
But when entering Hifonix I was welcomed and was amazed by what they had to offer and the knowledge he had to give,
I could of spent all day there going over all the headphones and daps.
I shall definitely be going there again even with over an hours drive.
You will not be disappointed.

Aseem really knew his stuff and was able to clearly explain my best options so that I could make informed decisions. It helped that he had a huge array of stock so I was able to test various combos for myself and hear the difference.

I rarely write reviews: I expect perfection every time I spend my money. Just delivering a product or service I've paid good money for is the minimum expectation. - 3 stars not 5. To get more my expectations have to be exceeded.
And so I come to Hifonix. I had spent several hours in vaintrying to find a high end media player which is short supply and I needed it urgently. When I reached Hifonix on my list of possible I had pretty well given up hope. What a delight: a real human not a bot on the end of the phone which was answered quickly. The last one had just been sold. Early next morning came a phone call to tell me they has sourced one for me and I could have it in two day. Less than 72 hours from first making contact I am sitting here with my new boy's toy, at a very good price and premium delivery at no extra charge.
I'm over the moon. Thank you Hifonix. Well worth 5 stars!

An amazing experience, I tried to get a DAP which was sold out everywhere. Ordered it from Hifonix and got it the next day. I will definitely be using this company again.

First time using Hifonix what a nice man very knowledgeable and plenty of anecdotes whilst drinking a lovely cuppa. I purchased a Benchmark LA4 preamp and have to say the follow up service has been spot on too as I had to wait for the optional remote control. I’ll be back as Arnie said.

Ordered a product - received a telephone call the following day to inform me that there would be a price reduction the following week and they had decided to honor that reduction for my oder. Sent me a refund for the difference. Customer service representitive was helpful and informative, and the clear desire of Hifonix to go out of their way to improve my experiance was gratifying. Will definitely use them again!

I've purchased three times from Hifonix, the first two times from doing my own research on the products and the the third time with help speaking with Aseem.
I bought my latest item, some Noble Rex iem's (which were already a good price) before the Black Friday event and Aseem kindly reduced the price to include the Black Friday discount, making them an even better purchase.
With other queries Aseem has had no hesitation in solving any issues I've had.
Hifonix will continue to be my go to store for my high quality audio purchases.

I purchased the Focal Hadenys along with the Mojo 2 DAC based on what I was recommended. I went there on the 25th of September trying to find a set of high quality headphones to replace my current sound system, and not only did they have a wide variety of high end sound equipment, I was recommended the perfect combination based on my budget. I was also able to contact them after purchase for assistance with set up, and they were very happy to help. Would totally recommend to anyone trying to buy high end sound equipment, this is the place to go

Focal celestee headphones are simply stunning in sound quality. Best headphones I've ever had. Soundstage is excellent with an outside your head experience which surprised me as they are closed back. Unparalleled clarity with excellent dynamics and a sub-bass as good as it is famous for. I'm so happy I consider these headphones endgame for me. I consider my system to be perfect with no need to upgrade. Service was great as.these were factory grade B and they arrived in mint condition without a mark on them. Very impressed.

Spoke to Aseem about a cable upgrade on my Unique Melody Mest 2 IEM’s as I managed to break the connector in the gym by accident. He suggested either the Eletech Raphael or Effect Audio Code 23.
Ended up on going for the Code 23’s as he mentioned they were going to be more durable especially for gym use which made sense. Once arrived set them up and have to say even on initial hearing sounded amazing both in terms of being natural sounding but also incredibly organic which is exactly what I wanted. Having let them burn in for a few weeks even more impressed and exactly what Aseem had said -Brilliant all round natural sounding with plenty of bass. Pleasure doing business with and would thoroughly recommend

I had an issue with a purchase of mine, and had to send it back for a refund on advice of the Cayin rep.

Understandably, canjam has just occurred which meant that the refund took a little bit longer than expected. Despite this, Aseem called me directly and informed me of the situation.

Much respect and appreciation to Aseem and the rest of the guys at Hifonix.
