Product is fairly priced, the shipment arrived ahead of schedule safely packed and the payment transactions are a breeze. No hassle, no stress, just pure customer satisfaction.

After some umming and ahhing and many reviews, I decided to give the Eversolo T8 a go.

Ordered lunchtime Wed, and it was with me less than 24hrs later and all at a very competitive price.

Zani helped us from start to finish with selecting our new turntable. We had a great experience during the demo with a good range of music to listen to and two different setups tried out. Zani was very accommodating and imparted just the right amount of information without overwhelming us. We did a little more research and evaluated our needs back at home and throughout Zani was helpful with our questions until our purchase. Really pleased with our final purchase of the Pro-Ject Debut EVO 2 Turntable in golden yellow. It looks and sounds great!

Amazing quality of sound from KEF as expected, the simplest speakers to set up and the the best looking bookshelfs in my opinion. Lots of bass for there smaller size, they project sound well into multiple rooms in my cottage, very impressed. Paint finish is a nice matt texture and the nickel grey which I purchased are light but not white which I appreciated. Plugged my technics 1210 record player straight in with no fuss, and the remote is a sleek finish too. Would 100% recommend the Coda W

Great people to deal with. The courier damaged the turntable. They replaced it rapidly - hand delivering the replacement. More than I expected and quicker than I expected.

After visiting their amazing London branch to try some high end headphones out for myself (which is fantastic to be able to do as obviously music and sound is such a subjective area, and reviews and opinions from others only gets you so far!) I placed my first online order. I did have some issues with the guaranteed delivery date being missed, and a frustrating swapping and changing of courier and info, but this was outside of Premium Sounds control to a large extent ,and with it being Black Friday weekend, couriers are under extra pressure. A legend called Alex from the support team called me back very quickly, after looking into my delivery issues, and was absolutely amazing, I have never known such great customer service! He was understanding, sympathetic and genuine, whilst also very clear and helpful to explain the issues. He tried everything he could to resolve my delivery issues, and I greatly appreciate his efforts, he is a superstar. I will definitely be ordering from Premium Sounds in future, they clearly go above and beyond to ensure a happy customer, highly rated! (Also, do book and visit their store and try some gear in their comfortable lounge, it is an amazing experience!)
