I decided to purchase equipment from Hifonix after speaking with a member of their staff at the recent Hi Fi Live show at Ascot. The gentleman I spoke with was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all of my questions which really impressed me. A short while after the show I telephoned the company to place an order & the gentleman I spoke with couldn’t have been more helpful. He processed my order efficiently, supplied an alternative cable on request & even organised next day delivery! When my equipment arrived it was well packaged and I was really impressed with the service provided. Later the same day I even received a telephone call from the salesperson to check my equipment had arrived safely & that I was happy with it. I don’t think you could wish for more and I will certainly buy from the company again & encourage others to do so. Hifonix have certainly set the benchmark for excellent service. Thank you to everyone involved.

I was after a good set of IEM’s and Hifonix have a large selection of different manufacturer’s and price ranges. My initial choice was out of stock so with a chat with a very knowledgeable front of house employee we came a conclusion and I am very satisfied with the outcome.

Website is easily accessible, paying in full is easy (rather than being pushed to finance like some other places) and a telephone call was made to confirm purchase and that the headphones had been sent for delivery.

Got a bit of an upsell in the 'phone call albeit it was prefaced with a seemingly honest query as to whether I could run the headphones with my equipment, but still felt a bit pushy. Doesn't change the overall positive review, though.

Hifonix has an excellent range of audiophile products and very knowledgeable staff. I purchased a number of products and unfortunately one was delivered minus a cable. Following a call to Hifonix I received an upgraded cable the following day pending delivery of the original cable from the manufacturer. I would not buy my hiding equipment from anyone else.

After a positive response to a question on social media I made the hour journey a couple of months later.
My experience was very pleasant and my part exchange price fair.

While there was unfortunately a short delay of a few days between ordering and dispatch despite offering next day delivery, they were very quick to reply to me via their online help section when I inquired as to what was happening, giving me a quick and accurate response as to when I would receive my item. The day before it was due, they called me to confirm it’s dispatch and offered assistance with my product if I needed it. So hats off for the best price on the net, and for the great after sales service. I will definitely be buying from them again.

Needed to know for sure if I was making the right decision purchasing some high end open back headphones and knew I could rely on Aseem at Hifonix. He will always contact you and discuss your query. So I purchased the Hifiman HE1000SE and could not be more satisfied. I am listening to music in a totally different and far more enjoyable way. I thought the Meze Liric was good enough. I look forward to using these headphones and marvel at their design and comfort. Cannot thank THE MAN at Hifonix enough.
