so far so good, the only thing i would update is when you restrict certain content- either explain why or underline the specific words that are not allowed in the descriptive text so a creative can edit within the parameters, for example im trying to create an elevator scene jst two people taking but it keeps resticting making the video and i dont know why.

Restricts you to buy any of their plans. I guess the app should attract it’s customers by giving them some free credits so they can process further if they should buy or not. But they resist for pennies.
Fun fact: They were saying that you don’t need to worry about complex Ai software’s anymore and they own one:)

Not impressed with Higgsfield.

How can you pay for a subscription that has unlimited usage for the first seven days for certain models, and then when you try to generate with those models, you're told you're out of credits? It is actually meant to be unlimited usage for the first seven days, and it’s definitely not.

Be aware of this before you purchase a subscription from Higgsfield.

Perhaps stupidly, because I couldn't use what I was entitled to use for free without buying more credits, I was stupid enough to buy more credits. So that's another £70 I've spent that is now useless to me as well, because you get the same error over and over and over again when trying to generate videos with, for example, Seedance 2.0.

It is the same error over and over and over again. So that's well over £300 now spent on absolutely nothing because the platform is obviously oversubscribed. I've Googled the error, and that is basically what that error means. My images have already been approved on their platform, and yet it throws this error repeatedly: IP check not finished for input media

I cancelled before renewal, but was still charged $150. Support keeps pointing to their refund policy instead of properly checking the cancellation issue.

The “unlimited generations” also feel misleading. In my experience, Nano Banana 2K unlimited is so slow that it becomes almost unusable, which pushes you toward spending credits instead.

Very frustrating subscription model and poor support.

Higgsfield is the #1 platform for AI content creation with the latest models. This platform never disappoints me. The only thing left for them to do is creating a mobile app and video editor to become one unified platform for AI content creation.

Cinema studio is great, but would love if it had support for speech.
It also feels that models like kling 3.0 use worse models instead of the actual model that is said. Also the subscriptions are so expensive! Even with discounts. I use the starter plan and want to upgrade but it's too expensive.

Scam company. Took $61 from me even though I cancelled my subscription. I cancelled at 8am today, and 2 hours later they still charged my card for a monthly subscription, even though I was no longer a customer. Now they're refusing to give me a refund. DONT USE THIS SITE
